What do you like best about Yotpo?

Free version gives you enough exposure to the platform to really test out the features and see if they are a fit for the business. Really simple interface to use and rich snippets can be implemented using the code snippet or we can have a custom integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

More default layouts would be nice for star ratings. Customization on what rich snippets to activate and deactivate at a page level would make things easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Yotpo is great but a bit slow integrating"

What do you like best about Yotpo?

What do you like best about Yotpo?

We are loving all of the specific audience targeting that we're able to do with Yotpo's SMSBump. Being able to target portions of our audience that we know like certain products, or will be especially receptive to certain messages, really makes our SMS program thrive. What do you dislike about Yotpo?

Creating the automation flows is somewhat cumbersome and confusing compared to other platforms that we have used in the past. It would also be nice if we could just be billed for our usage rather than always having to load money in to cover sends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yotpo's SMSBump is a great tool to both automate and augment your marketing tactics. Even when we don't include any sort of promotion or sale, we still get enough revenue from our sends to more than cover the cost of the send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yotpo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Yotpo's SMSBump is really helping us get the most out of our engaged audience and meet our customers where they are. Our customers are extremely receptive to SMS marketing, and we love being able to not only send them marketing messages and promotional information, but just check in with them about their orders in a way that's slightly automated but still has a human touch. What do you like best about Yotpo?

Easy to use. Very reasonable price point. Has had much better response rate than the previous review app I was using. Great integration displaying reviews on Shopify site. Responsive live help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

Limited to 50 order on free plan, would like more but do have the option of purchasing ad-ons when needed without having to upgrade plan to next teir. Some features reserved for only more expensive plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

I like the access to the reviews and to be able to weed out the negative ones that are not real reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have issues with the rewards system frequently and have to chat with support quite a bit. It is quite expensive as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
