You can set reminders for the recipient ensuring it is signed within timescales.

We have variable content contracts which we can now simply upload and send for signature. With so much remote working at the moment, it is making life considerably easier for both our own staff and for our customers. Not everyone has printers/scanners while they work from home or direct access to authorised signatories.

The facility to automatically send reminders as an interval of your own choice is great and saves admin follow up time. Even after lock-down we will continue to offer this to customers as an option.

After a quick demonstration by Tom (our contact at Yoti) we decided to go ahead straight away and were all set up later the same day. We sent out our first contract the next business day which was returned back to us signed within 5 minutes. It meant we were able to complete an urgent order in record time.
