The most helpful thing about Yooz is that you can go in and edit something if you messed up. The few times I’ve had to use Yooz support, they’ve been very helpful and solved my problem right away. Performance-wise, it works well. I also love that when you upload something, it does its best to match it to the correct vendor and the correct information. There have been a few times when I’ve had to correct it, but for the most part I really love that feature. I really haven’t found a downside or anything I dislike about Yooz. It’s a great product. I’m sure it has downsides, just like any other product, but I personally haven’t come across any yet. I like that Yooz centralizes all of the approvals, which is very helpful for my team as a lot of the staff I supervise are located at different sites. They can all log in and verify and approve, which makes things easier. I also like the fact that we can see the invoices. The initial setup of Yooz was very easy, with short training and getting everyone signed up without any obstacles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Yooz? One of the things that I wish we could do with Yooz is to see if the invoices were paid, like their statuses. It might be that I just don't have access to that feature. Also, it would be helpful to have more intuitive, user-friendly functions around seeing how many people have approved and where the invoices are in the approval process, making it more visible on the dashboard instead of having to toggle that information. I really like how seamless the application and its functions are. The application always performs perfectly for me: I can log in, immediately see all the tasks that need approval, and there are easy ways to address any issues within those tasks. I haven’t personally integrated any other tools into my yooz experience yet, but it is something I'm interested in. The onboarding process was surprisingly simple: ten minutes of exploring the dashboard, and I could approve, fix, notate, and upload. I like that Yooz can handle complicated integration requirements really well. The consolidated view of what we paid to a vendor helps us negotiate better rates. Yooz also improved our processing time with a more controlled approval process. With all invoices coming from a single source of truth, we can easily see the actual spend per location per vendor. It would be helpful for vendors to check the status of their invoices themselves. This feature would save our AP team a lot of time. The automatic upload feature is really helpful and saves us time compared with manually capturing invoices. The fraud detection doesn’t flag fraudulent documents when they’re originally crafted by scammers. Although it can be glitchy at times, it still provides a helpful benefit overall. When I do run into issues with Yooz, I’m usually able to get the help I need from the support team. That said, the Help Center isn’t always spot-on for the information I’m trying to find, and the search box doesn’t necessarily return the right results when I use specific keywords. Yooz and Karmak speak to each other very well. Once a part is received into Karmak you just have to wait for a small amount of time before the part is in Karmak. There should be a way to transfer invoices to the correct personnel efficiently.
