"Good Experience With Yooz For The Past 6 Months"

What do you like best about Yooz?

We have been using Yooz for about 6 months. I have definitely noticed that our vendors are getting paid quicker as the invoice processing has been much more streamlined than our previous process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yooz?

I don't really have any complaints to be honest so far. I have yet to experience any issues. The one time that I did have an issue (which was user error it turns out), I was able to speak with support and get the issue resolved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical use for the AP process"

What do you like best about Yooz?

The ability to have the original invoice in front of me - it is not AI generated or otherwise summarized. The GUI is intuitive and easy to use. The frequency with which I use it is great because it allows such a seamless process between me and my AR department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yooz?

It's more difficult to pull up an approved invoice from the past. There should be an easier way or at least a more intuitive one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use, intuitive, and advanced"

What do you like best about Yooz?

What I like most about Yooz is that it reads the information from the invoice, allowing me to add or select the information I need with just a simple click, without having to write it myself directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yooz?

Some fields do not allow searching or do not have this search engine, which delays the process a bit since I have to search with the mouse scroll when really if I type it with the keyboard and yooz searches it, it would be easier. Also, I cannot copy information from Excel, which is necessary for the various reconciliations carried out in my work, and I have to enter them one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"cutting edge, time saving tool - wish we had this yesterday"

What do you like best about Yooz?

I use Yooz mainly for invoice management and approval. The interface is clean and intuitive, making daily tasks easier. I especially like the comment/chat feature, it’s very helpful for quick communication and clarifying questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yooz?

It takes a bit of time to get used to the system, mainly because some data shown isn’t always relevant to my role. However, once you customize the layout to your needs, it becomes much easier and more efficient to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yooz solving and how is that benefiting you?

Yooz makes managing and approving invoices much easier for me. Before, I often had to spend time searching for information or clarifying questions, but now everything is organized in one place. The interface is easy to use, and I especially like the comment feature because it helps me communicate quickly with my colleagues. This saves me a lot of time and lets me get my work done faster. "Good program for doing repetitive entry"

What do you like best about Yooz?

The upside is Yooz can remember invoice entry and allow many fields to populate when using a vendor the next time . I use Yooz on a daily basis. It helps to automate invoice entry. Yooz was easy to start with. Easy intergration with our GL software. I have not had real contact with customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yooz?

When a vendor is used for many things such as utilities for different location, Yooz will open with prior saved information and will require changes, particularly in the bottom area of coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
