What do you like best about Yooz?

I really like the ease with which I can use the system. The user interface is very intuitive and navigation is a breeze. I really like the view in the system as well. It shows the actual invoice and all of the AP info without accessing multiple screens. In my role, I have to interact with or approve hundreds of invoices a month and Yooz makes it very fast for me. I can't overstate the convenience the system offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yooz?

The notifications had to be deleted 1 by 1. It took FOREVER! I sent the Yooz team feedback and they responded and fixed it immediately. There's no a bulk delete feature! Awesome service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside Ove experienced was not being able to remove the approval for an invoice. This was a setting by my company though and not directly from Yooz. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yooz?

They make it very easy to match invoices to purchase orders and 3-way matching is accurate. Communication is easy as you can add comments to any document and have that communicated to the approver via email. Highly recommend. I use every day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yooz?

I don't like that It logs me out after 9 minutes, however it is understandable for security reasons Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
