What do you dislike about Yooz? The AI is still unable to consistently extract accurate information from uploaded invoices. Without careful attention to the full set of input details, it is easy for the system to overlook or misinterpret the correct data. Additionally, I would prefer that the program not automatically load costs into the pay code area. In truth, the Automation functionalities are really great. The automatic invoice handling is crucial for our accounting cycle and can help us reduce manual work greatly. The Enterprise Payments module seems rather… mysterious sometimes. Yes, it is a great solution, but the inability to control its work process and obtain reports is somewhat disappointing. Currently, we experience some problems with irregular handling of invoices and slow payments. Using the automation capabilities of Yooz – particularly, the possibility of creating automatic payment triggers according to invoice status – we managed to eliminate these issues.
