It’s been incredibly useful for certifying reps on new decks, talk tracks, and product launches. The practice feels authentic, and enablement teams get hard data on delivery—pacing, filler words, clarity—plus pass/fail criteria and trendlines to focus coaching where it matters. **What do you dislike about Yoodli?** There can be a slight lag while the AI processes responses. It’s noticeable but not disruptive, and I expect this to improve as the tech matures. The value it brings to training and certification more than outweighs the delay. **What problems is Yoodli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a better way to engage our sales team when rolling out new decks and talk tracks. Live certifications put a heavy burden on frontline managers, and reps often didn’t get enough practice before being put in front of customers. Yoodli solves this by giving reps a way to get meaningful “reps” in a realistic environment. ### 2. It gives real-time feedback saving our facilitators time and energy while still giving a personalized feel to the course. The ability to use our feedback/rubrics as templates for the AI coach has been incredible! The team at Yoodli has gone above and beyond to support our implementation- we couldn't ask for a better partner for our initial journey into the work of AI tools. **What do you dislike about Yoodli?** Like anything, it just takes a bit of learning on the back end to make sure everything is set up properly. **What problems is Yoodli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We run a sales training program and one of the feedback pieces is that participants want to practice cold calling more and also employers want to see metrics of cold calls. Yoodli solves this by allowing participants to practice and recieve feedback as much as they'd like and report their statistics/metrics to employers on how much they have practiced. ### 4. The use cases that allow coaches and leaders to tailor the AI usage for individuals is so well done - you can actually see when clients or employees forget they aren't engaging with a real individual. Additionally the real time feedback and analysis is done exceptionally well - it shows how you can address qualitative and quantitative feedback to deliver maxmimum impact. Plus the people behind it are top rate and I've loved working with them. **What do you dislike about Yoodli?** For the uses cases I've come across there is very little to hinder our use of the platorm. 2 areas that I have already raised for future consideration are more voices/accents as well as alternative languages. Additionally, being able to upload documents to help make the programs deliverable in a single platform would be great. Neither are dealbreakers and both have been discussed with Yoodli. **What problems is Yoodli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Definitetly being able to do coaching and sales enablement at scale. The challenge has always been how do we balance out our identified business gaps and address them when the human coach is limited (in terms of availability, costs, ongoing support). Yoodli addresses this by helping to provide a platform for asynchronous coaching - augmented by the AI technology. Additionally, the fact I can ensure the practice results have our human coaches reviewing and signing off provides the rigor & accountability you simply don't get with a technology only solution. ### 5. I build curriculum for a student-centric learning model, so the asynchronous and immediate feedback is perfect for us. I especially love that it challenges you to answer follow up questions, mimicing how an audience might interact in real time. It's an excellend practice tool for our students. We especially like that you can upload videos into the app and aren't limited to recording practice sessions within the app only. The platform is super easy to use as well, making it great for a wide range of audiences. **What do you dislike about Yoodli?** I really wish there were more quantitative data points in the reports. I'd love a feature where we can measure progress against professional speakers or score metrics that allow us to view more granular progess that's been made over time. **What problems is Yoodli solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yoodli offers asynchronous, unbiased & immediate feedback for our students. It allows them to self-reflect & think critically about their progress in public speaking. ### 6.
