The application is mainly designed to be used on a smartphone. There are differences between using it on a PC or a smartphone. Moreover, it is not practical to reset a password from a phone. The analysis section and the various tables seem powerful but far too complex. The management of points and rankings is not well-developed either. Some users can play points in battles and the ranking is skewed. It would be necessary to be able to separate the rankings. For a Retail brand like ours, the best part of Yoobic is being able to send information and tasks to be completed to our teams in-store. Having over a hundred stores, checking after them to see if all the guidelines are followed can be complicated, but Yoobic has made that instantaneous and effortless.
