**What do you like best about Yonyou HCM?**

Payroll services in a clear and fully digital automatice procedure. Resolving the entry and the payments for outsourcing employees. The main plus is that you can set up the generally timetable of the employees very fast and the design of it is clear and easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about Yonyou HCM?**

The connection with the payroll consulting company doesn't work everytime properly. Payrolls have sometime some wrong datas on it especially if a internal team member has a out-side project to handle.

**Recommendations to others considering Yonyou HCM:**

Recommend you to set up the personal data of the team members before you go with the software.

**What problems is Yonyou HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolving the payments by the team member - timetable connection and clear onside data for the external consulting office.
