"Automated Enablement That Scales: Call Reviews, Roleplays, and Clear Dashboards"
5/5
What do you like best about Yolk?

Yolk has automated much of our enablement work. Call reviews are now handled automatically, and skill gaps surface without any manual analysis. Roleplays have replaced a lot of our repetitive training sessions, while the dashboards make it easy to track progress clearly. Overall, enablement scales much better for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yolk?

Automation is helpful, but it still needs oversight. Some reports also require initial setup before they’re truly useful. Adoption doesn’t happen automatically either—it takes ongoing reinforcement to stick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Practical, Call-Based Training That Boosts Rep Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Yolk?

Yolk connects training directly to real sales conversations. Reps can see their own calls reflected in the roleplays, and the feedback ties back to specific moments that actually happened. Because of that, the training feels practical rather than theoretical, and reps are able to apply the lessons right away. Overall, engagement has increased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yolk?

Some roleplays can start to feel repetitive after a while. Keeping the content updated also takes a fair amount of effort, and the initial setup isn’t instant—it requires some planning to get everything in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Yolk Makes Closing Conversations More Consistent with Clear Call Analysis"
5/5
What do you like best about Yolk?

Yolk clearly highlights gaps in how closing conversations are handled. The call analysis helps surface missed closing signals, and the roleplays realistically simulate the pressure at the end of a call. Feedback stays focused on specific language choices and timing, which makes it easier to adjust in the moment. As a result, reps become more intentional during closes, and overall consistency has improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yolk?

Some of the closing scenarios could use more variation. The calibration process took a while, and the feedback tone can sometimes feel a bit too direct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Yolk Turns Call Recordings into Actionable Insights for Continuous Learning"
5/5
What do you like best about Yolk?

Yolk turns raw call recordings into clear, actionable insights. The skill scores make it easy to pinpoint the exact issues that need attention, and the dashboards help me spot trends at a glance. I also like how the roleplays turn those insights into real practice, and the feedback closes the loop so improvements actually stick. Overall, it makes learning feel continuous rather than one-and-done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yolk?

The call scoring needs better calibration. Some of the insights are useful, but they need clearer explanation to be actionable. Also, the setup isn’t plug-and-play and requires some planning upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Data-Driven Coaching That Builds Trust and Fair Feedback"
5/5
What do you like best about Yolk?

Yolk helps reduce subjectivity in coaching conversations. The skill scores give a clear baseline, so managers can point to data instead of relying on opinions. The roleplays reinforce specific behaviors, and as a result the feedback feels fair and focused. Overall, rep trust has increased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yolk?

The scores still need more context to be truly useful. Some reps push back at first, and the setup process requires everyone to agree on the criteria upfront. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Yolk Scales Sales Coaching with Automated Call Analysis and Real-World Roleplays"
5/5
What do you like best about Yolk?

Yolk has taken the heavy lifting out of sales coaching. Its automated call analysis highlights skill gaps without requiring managers to manually listen to recordings. It makes it easy to see, at a glance, where reps struggle most and what needs attention. The platform generates roleplays based on real call behavior, so practice stays grounded in what actually happens on calls. Feedback is immediate and actionable, and coaching can scale across the team without adding more meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yolk?

Interpreting the scores takes some practice, and a few reps have questioned the early results. The initial setup also requires everyone to agree on the standards up front so the scoring is consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Yolk Makes Coaching Objective with Clear Scores, Trends, and Focused Roleplays"
5/5
What do you like best about Yolk?

Yolk removes a lot of the subjectivity from coaching conversations. The call scores make it clear where reps are struggling, and the dashboards surface trends across the entire team. Because of that, coaching sessions stay focused on specific skills rather than drifting into vague feedback. The roleplays also help reinforce what was discussed, so the follow-up feels more concrete and the conversations are generally more productive. On top of that, the knowledge base and the coaching materials are very useful and easy to reference when preparing for sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yolk?

The scores still need more context to be truly useful. Also, some reps tend to push back early in the process, which can make things harder than they need to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Continuous Coaching with Instant Feedback and Visible Progress"
5/5
What do you like best about Yolk?

Yolk reinforces coaching beyond scheduled meetings, so reps can practice skills on their own time. The roleplays reflect recent call feedback, and the instant feedback makes it easier to self-correct in the moment. Progress is visible over time, which helps keep coaching continuous rather than something that only happens in meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yolk?

Self-practice really comes down to staying disciplined with your reps. The notifications could be better, since they’d help me keep that routine. Also, getting a good variety of scenarios takes some effort, so it isn’t always as smooth as I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Yolk Brings Structure and Consistency to Frontline Coaching"
5/5
What do you like best about Yolk?

Yolk brings much-needed structure to frontline coaching. Managers no longer have to rely as heavily on gut feel, because the skill scores help guide the conversation and keep it grounded. Roleplays also line up well with the coaching feedback, so what we practice matches what gets discussed afterward. Overall, sessions feel more focused and productive, and the quality of coaching has become far more consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yolk?

Managers need proper onboarding to set them up for success. Coaching frameworks also require clear alignment so everyone is working from the same expectations and approach. Reporting takes time to learn as well, and it helps when that learning is supported and consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"More Effective Coaching with Data-Driven Prep and Focused Roleplays"
5/5
What do you like best about Yolk?

Yolk has improved the quality of our coaching conversations. Managers come in prepared with the right data, so discussions stay grounded and focus on specific skills rather than generalities. The roleplays help reinforce feedback right away, and sessions remain focused and short. Overall, coaching feels more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yolk?

Interpreting the data takes some practice, and a few reps may need extra reassurance along the way. Reporting customization also feels limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
