What I like best about Yodeck is how easy it is to manage multiple screens remotely from one platform. We operate a growing digital signage network across different locations, so being able to update content, create playlists, schedule campaigns, and monitor our screens remotely saves us a lot of time. The main downside for us is the pricing. Since Yodeck is priced in USD, it can become quite expensive for Brazilian companies, especially when operating a growing network with many screens. Yodeck is very quick and easy to manage compared to other solutions. With their great templates, in under 2 minutes I was able to grab a holiday playlist of theirs and add the company logo to display on the TV for a company photo. Great work! The player functionality is supreme too! you can add timers and expirations, communication and messaging is quick, their support is very quick to resolve any issues. value for money, is amazing, they offer a free tiral of 1 screen and adding screen is very cheap too! theres no known bugs and issues on my side after using yodeck for months. right now there is no feature to present a PDF or powerpoint directly from yodeck (i hope they do ) , in short yodeck needs interactivity feature to let users interact with the media and that will greatly add value to the product. aside from these all purpose and features are amazing and delivers what is expected. The ease of creating playlists and the integration with other apps are very positive points. This has brought interesting results for metrics and business promotions. We use it 24 hours a day, running on 2 different devices, and it was easy to implement and adjust the settings. Customer support is quick and efficient.

Since they are small devices that transmit information to the TV, they take up less space and it is also easier to organize the cables and hide the device.

The performance is good, however, the Yodeck's own device heats up a lot. Furthermore, the acquisition cost ended up being expensive for us, who are in Brazil.

What leaves the most to be desired is the lack of visualization of some apps or content added to the playlists. Furthermore, there are still many visualizations that are unsupported, which makes it difficult to conduct tests without having a screen dedicated to the Yodeck device. The simplicity with setup and even the interface/console. From setting up apps to creating playlists to deciding what content will play on what screen and when. It's all super intuitive and simple to use, but at the same time really indepth to so many different use-cases.

We are able to seamlessly integrate our PowerBI reports/dashboards onto our TVs as well. Just paste the link to the dashboard and sign in, that simple.

Yodeck offers many ways to share information on screens. It not only allows you to upload your own images, but it also integrates with tons of apps. The performance is great once you get everything connected, and if you're having any issues, the customer service is very helpful. The backend is very user-friendly, which is a huge plus for teaching others how to use it. But one of the biggest pluses of them all is the pricing.
