**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Yodeck has been user friendly and has helped get the word out about different church events without having to spend 30 minutes from the platform every service for announcements. Pricing is great and it has run flawlessly. The images seem to upload quickly to screen.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

There isn't anything that I dislike about it. I am still trying to figure out the scheduling of just one template within a playlist but overall I am happy

It allows me to advertise the happenings in our church before folks get into the sanctuary

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

It is very user friendly, easy to install and use with a firestick or a player. Very reasonable pricing and various plans to choose from depending on your companies need. I can add to my display at any time, any where, which is great for when I travel and need to keep everyone up to date. it was so easy to integrate from our old way to this new updated version of plant communication. There is no lag in service, the program performs just as they advertise. If your stuck on a project you can use the AI to help get you back going.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

So far I have no issues with the software or customer service. All information is straight forward, all questions answered in a timely manner.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck has made it easier to get information out to our employees at our plant and up the street at our warehouse. We don't have to schedule as many meetings with employees since we can keep them updated on changes on an everyday basis.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I use Yodeck for digital signage around our store. I find that it saves on printing costs and space, as we can advertise more things at one time. I love that the user interface is extremely easy to use. The interactive Kiosk feature that links with our email CRM for new signups to the database is something I really value. The initial setup was so easy; it's just plug and play. You add your media and you're done. Overall, Yodeck helps create a multi-screen media wall with our splitter matrix.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Sometimes the screens didn't refresh as quick as we like but these issues are resolved very quickly by the team.

Yodeck saves on printing costs and space, allowing us to advertise more things at once.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

After using a competitor for the last 4 years, with a very mediocre experience, we recently switched to Yodeck and from the first moment the players were plugged in and the content loaded the difference was noticeable IMMEDIATELY; no lag, crystal clear video, smooth playback, all boxes checked.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Honestly, nothing to mention. The interface is easy to use, simple and friendly with the ability to organise files, create playlists, add new screens etc. I cannot fault Yodeck in any way.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using a competitor for the same service for years now; more expensive, mediocre experience. We finally switched to Yodeck after some research and the difference was instantly noticeable. Also, Yodeck is much better value for money at almost half of the overall cost compared to before.

Nothing to dislike currently. It all works how it should.

Easy integration of new menu items, recent photos and how it can provide rss feeds from other sites. Easy update screens at a single push of button. Its pricing options are affordable and the online and email support when have questions is quick and precise. Options of AI to enhance wording and para phrasing. It performs to the standard we expect from this type of software

I like the ease of connecting and updating the screen right from my computer and that I can schedule when it plays and it can be a nice product without a ton of extra work.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I wish you could more easily create the slides that play. It If I could edit them like a slideshow that would be much easier.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s the first TV the school has gotten for our hallways, we’ve been using bulletin boards which I would physically have to update but often couldn’t find time to update them quick enough to promote classes and it was too much extra work. Yodeck will allow me to put registration dates, class information, camp, and other related school information related to registration and I can just keep updating that right from my desk in real time and can even pull a listing if a class sells out.

The ease of use has been a big plus for us. Setup was straightforward, and it’s easy to teach to users. The price point for the devices was exactly what we wanted to spend. The YoDeck software works great on FireSticks devices, and the performance is quick when updating slides and uploading new files. Integrating YoDeck has also helped us improve how we share information.

It would be helpful if the software could start automatically when the Fire Stick turns on.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

As a Senior IT person, I prioritize systems that don't require constant manual intervention. Here are the three standout features that make it the right fit for our dental practice:

Exceptional Hardware Flexibility: The support for multiple player types—including Android, Raspberry Pi, and Web players—is a massive advantage. We currently use the Android player to stream our patient education, treatment highlights, and clinic awards directly to the waiting area TV, and the performance has been rock-solid.

Highly Responsive Support: In the two instances where I needed technical assistance, their team was incredibly fast to respond with functional workarounds. Knowing that there is an agile, technically-competent support team behind the product gives me a lot of confidence in the platform.

Remote Management & Automation: The ability to push updates to our screens instantly from my laptop—without ever needing to touch a USB stick or walk into the clinic—is a huge time-saver. It allows us to keep our clinical technology showcases and recognitions current with zero friction.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

While the platform is robust, I did encounter a few technical friction points that required manual intervention:

Third-Party Video Stability: I faced consistent issues when trying to pull video playback directly from YouTube and Vimeo. The streams would occasionally fail or stutter, which isn't ideal for a professional waiting area. My workaround was to download the files and upload them directly to the Yodeck cloud. While this solved the issue completely, it added an extra step to the workflow that I’d prefer to see automated more reliably.

Initial Learning Curve: The dashboard is incredibly feature-rich, but that can make it feel a bit "clunky" or overwhelming at first. For advanced layouts, there’s a definite learning curve before you can get things exactly right.

That said, the highly responsive support team made these issues much easier to manage. I had to contact them twice, and both times they were quick to provide a fix or a solid workaround while their engineering team addressed the root issues.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck has solved the problem of fragmented and manual content management in our clinic. Before implementing this, keeping our waiting area screens updated was a chore that often fell through the cracks or required manual USB swaps.

Key Benefits:

Centralized Marketing Control: I can now manage all of our content—patient education, treatment options, advanced dental tech showcases, and our awards—from a single dashboard. This ensures that the practice always looks modern and professional without me having to be physically present at the clinic to push updates.

Eliminating Human Error: By using the Android player and Yodeck’s scheduling features, we’ve removed the risk of screens being left on the wrong input, showing outdated promotions, or displaying "system update" pop-ups in front of patients. It’s a true "set it and forget it" solution.

Rapid Deployment: The system was remarkably easy to set up. We were able to move from a "blank screen" to a fully functioning patient education loop very quickly, which has been highly beneficial for internal marketing and patient engagement.

Cost-Effective Scalability: The "first screen free" model allowed us to prove the value of the system to the clinic team without any upfront software costs. It gave us the confidence to commit to the platform knowing it could handle our specific network and content needs.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Yodeck is so easy to use and implement. As a small, non-profit animal sanctuary we use the signage as a thank you board for visitors that have adopted/sponsored animals. It is so easy to use. We are currently on the 1 free screen, however i would not hesitate to upgrade and pay for an extra screen in the future as the need arises as the price is very decent. 

We have had no performance issues. 

Onboarding and support has been smooth.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

At the current time, there is nothing I dislike about the platform.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a very small non-profit, we have a low budget for anything outside of necessities. With a donated TV screen and amazon firestick we have been able to massively upgrade our display and have seen an increase in adoptions of our animals as a result of this. We have also been able to pop some advertising in between our thank you messages that is also very helpful.

It serves as the main source of communication within our manufacturing facility and warehouses, and it ensures that every employee at each location is receiving the same communications about upcoming events, milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries, safety topics, photos, and HR updates.

It sometimes takes quite some time to upload a video.

There was a lack of communication between departments, leadership, and employees. As a result of the Yodeck integration, everyone receives the same information at the same time across all locations, rather than department- or role-specific updates.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Its web interface is one of its strong points. I have been using it for more than 10 years, and during all this time, it has been constantly evolving. Additionally, they maintain a reasonable cost for the entire service they offer. The technical support is good, and it's noticeable that they continuously incorporate improvements.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Some functions are a bit complex. It does not yet have an integration with artificial intelligence that allows for the automation of certain tasks. Additionally, the application's performance largely depends on the hardware used.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to manage all the company's digital signage from a single interface. My time is gold, and I appreciate being able to centralize everything in one place.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Ease of use in multiple departments. We use this on our manufacturing floor to display OEE as well as in different departments for critical KPIs. HR uses it as a communication board to post Job Openings, Upcoming Events, News, etc

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

We're not on the top tier that allows for user access control to specific devices, so we regularly have someone who reboots all players. Thankfully they come up quick enough it's never impactful

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy display system for our OEE on the production floor. This eliminates the need for us to maintain Windows computers and constantly run updates for our 40+ displays

For a "not for profit" organisation like Knowle Cricket Club, the entry level Yodeck capabilities that we use are free of charge but allow us to deliver dynamic digital content to our club members quickly, reliably and easily.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I haven't come across any significant negatives regarding the product.

We use Yodeck to deliver digital content to our members at our clubhouse using a TV and Amazon firestick with the Yodeck app. Many of our members do not use social media and technology so will not see club information via these channels. Instead of posting paper print outs to our traditional noticeboards, we now use Yodeck to push new information and dynamic, rich content to our digital noticeboard TV screen. We can even do this remotely making it quick and easy to keep members informed of the latest club news.

What I dislike most about Yodeck is that some of its more advanced features are locked behind higher-priced plans. As a result, I’ve had to upgrade just to get functionality that I feel should be more accessible.

That you can quickly setup a display with firestick or other device and can easily update from a browser.  Yodeck also has webinars to help you with using the product and for upcoming releases as well.  The cost of the system is very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

some of the other signage options have a different designer that makes it easier to create some of the designs that I want to create.  You can create in yodeck but with a bit of different workflow

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Current management panel allows you to see status of your monitors.
Calendar and timing also the shutting down and turning on screens on schedule saves the sceens panels.
Remote Management is a critical feature that doesn't require someone to be at the site to update or upgrade.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The said calendar system is great but can be somewhat confusing for a first time user. 
The graphical editing screens for layouts is very basic.

Site communication or lack thereof. Digital signage is keeping the group up to date when we are not able to gather for internal meetings.
Employees are more aware of ongoing issues in quality, sales budgets, event planning and even birthdays.

- The platform is incredibly easy to use — from uploading content to scheduling playlists across multiple screens, everything is intuitive and fast.
- The remote management features save us a lot of time, especially when updating displays across different locations. The Raspberry Pi players are affordable yet powerful, and Yodeck’s cloud interface is rock solid.
- What really stands out is the reliability and support: the system runs smoothly 24/7, and whenever we had a question, Yodeck’s team responded quickly and professionally.

I would like to see more apps and more control of what the app should display for instance Outlook.

What I like most about Yodeck is its incredibly easy-to-use interface combined with powerful remote management features. The interface is intuitive, making scheduling and deploying content across multiple screens instantaneous. It's a set-it-and-forget-it solution. Integration for our TVs and deployment was easy and the user interface is easy and straight forward to understand.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Not much to not like about it. Ticked all the boxes regarding our needs and requirements and has been quite easy to work with.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Yodeck digital signage to display HR content on our TVs. This saves a lot of time and hassle needing to go to each TV, remove the USB drive, load the content, go back to the TV and load the content up from there. When we have to make a small change with the HR content, we have to do it all over again. Yodeck saves us time by eliminating/solving this issue.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I like the customization choices and its ability to hold a database of files within it to choose from.
Helpful customer service staff, knowledgeable and able to find info to help me
out, despite my issue being on our end, not Yodeck's.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Sometimes the fact that it is over the internet can be annoying, like when it loses connection briefly, but I can't see a great alternative method either. Overall it works very well.
I didn't love dealing with the chat bot at the beginning. I would prefer to be
matched with a CS rep right away.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck allows us to digitally display postings, images, signs, etc. that would otherwise require new sheets of paper and posters all the time. We are considering adding many more digital signs around using Yodeck.

YoDeck provides powerful and flexible digital signage for my business. It works well for us because we only have 1 screen we can do digital signage on at the moment and their free plan covers 1 screen. The UI is simple enough and relatively easy to understand. Both the performance of the website and the actual player itself on our FireTV is fine for what it's doing.

I really don't have any complaints with YoDeck. It does what I need it to do without a bunch of extra steps and hassle.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I like how fast it is. The implementation is easy, and any new user can start using Yodeck without a major technical background. It provides a solution for all of my media display use cases, and customer support is quick to provide answers and solutions when needed. Overall, I’m very happy with this cost-effective product.

I like all the features of Yodeck. I just need more editable controls in menu editing inside Yodeck.

Managing multiple screens remotely used to be a challenge for us. We found Yodeck through an online search and tried the free version, and it worked out really well. Implementation was straightforward, deployment was on time, and scheduling media to display at specific times was easy. We now charge our clients to manage their displays, and it’s bringing us good revenue.

Yodeck has saved me time setting up signage every week at our church. I probably spent 20-30 minutes a week turning our screens on and selecting graphics from a flash drive. And on top of that once or twice a month I would spend another hour loading new graphics to the flash drives. Now it takes half of the time to update graphics. The customer support has been great too, it's probably the best ai support bot I've interacted with.

There have been slight compatibility issues with using yodeck and amazon signage stick together. If I would have known this I would've started with yodeck players instead to see if that would be smoother.

What I like most about Yodeck is how much time it saves us in managing content across multiple screens. The drag-and-drop interface makes it very easy to upload media and create playlists, and the scheduling feature allows us to plan content in advance, so everything runs automatically without daily intervention.

From a workflow perspective, being able to update screens remotely is a huge advantage. I love how easy it is to set up, deploy, and customize playlists and media on Yodeck. The wide compatibility and low bandwidth utilization are great. The preloaded Raspberry Pi and multiple interfaces for organizing and customizing media playlists make the process straightforward. I also appreciate the centralized management and auto update features, which make content modification and updates for companywide TV screens simple. On top of that, I'd rate the initial setup a solid 10/10.

I would like a tool to bulk adjust photo and even PDF times for display. I would prefer an option to add new content at the beginning or a certain sequence rather than just at the end. It takes a while to scroll back through to move things around. I would prefer a better storyboard experience to add or move multiple files at the same time. The existing drag and drop is a bit cumbersome and imperfect.

One challenge we deal with is that schedules change frequently. With Yodeck, we can quickly update and schedule content centrally through the Yodeck dashboard. As a result, any last-minute room or session change is reflected instantly on the screens, with no printed signs and no delays.

Some features are very rigid, and the new version with layers is not user-friendly (it constantly forces you to open and close windows) and cannot be resized, obstructing the view of part of the layout. After the latest update, it no longer supports Firefox.
The graphics and available fonts could be improved.

We’ve had a Chromebit for some time, and it worked great. However, the technology is now out of date, so we needed a more up-to-date digital signage stick. Once we got our new digital signage stick, we also needed a CMS to partner with the device.

YoDeck was easy to set up, and it was straightforward to implement our solution. We’re a small boarding school, and we’re using just one screen as our announcement board. The ability to edit and update our presentation and webpages has made this a very welcome addition to our fleet of devices.

We use YoDeck to keep information up to date throughout the school year, including fall sports, dance announcements, testing information, weather, and more.

This helps to get a clear view of what has already been done. I really like the predefined templates that Yodeck offers. I have also used a lot the access to Outlook and Google Gmail accounts, although sometimes the integration could be smoother.

Some of the integrations promise more than they deliver. For example, the text does not fit the screen size and is difficult to see because the letters appear very small. For such a polished end product, Yodeck is very simple to use - from the first time I tried it, the dashboard is intuitive, and the results are very impressive. I am in charge of 7 digital displays across 4 different companies. With little or no digital signage knowledge, users can be up and running within minutes. I feel I have just scratched the surface of all the features on offer from Yodeck, and I am excited to begin using these powerful features to further enhance my digital signage game. I went from knowing very little about digital signage to classing myself as an expert within a few hours. Also, it is very easy to ask about a feature - I use the customer support chat feature and that answers my questions.  The integration and implementation was a breeze, and because of this, I find myself using it with a regular frequency.

The only downside I have found is actually outside of Yodeck's control - if we lose power or internet for whatever reason, and the Yodeck is run through a FireStick for example, the display/FireStick must be restarted. This does not happen with the paid subscription players.

Yodeck is saving trees - we don't need to print paper brochures and or flyers for our real estate projects - which can be changing on a regular basis with updates as development projects come to fruition. There is very little to dislike about Yodeck. Occasionally, advanced features take some time to explore fully, but this is only because the platform offers so many powerful options. Yodeck addresses the challenge of managing and updating multiple digital screens from a single, central platform. It lets us schedule, update, and control content remotely, which saves time and reduces manual effort. As a result, communication improves, our displays stay consistently up to date, and overall digital signage management becomes straightforward and efficient.

The user interface is easy to navigate and quick to learn, which really helped with our backend provider decision-making. The pricing was also a big help, and support has been responsive and quick to assist whenever we’ve needed it.

Some of my hardware orders have taken a little longer than expected to be dispatched and shipped.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

What I like most about Yodeck is how easy it is to install and use. The setup process was very straightforward, both on the TV device and on the web platform. The interface is intuitive, making content management simple and efficient even from the first use. It saves time and makes digital signage management much more practical.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

So far, I don’t have any dislikes. The software has worked exactly as expected, and the installation and management process has been smooth. At this point, I haven’t encountered any issues or limitations worth mentioning.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck solves the problem of having to physically go to each location to update or change videos on the screens. Now I can manage and update all the content online, remotely, and in real time. This has significantly reduced operational effort, saved time, and made content updates much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Simple and easy to setup. 
Ability to use 1 device for free allowed us to use the setup for osme time before creating additional areas.

I also logged on using M365 integration.

The performance was solid and simply worked with no issues. The upload process was fine and steady. The whole system is generally very easy.

The oboarding profcess is simple and easy. We didn't need to use support.

We didn't need to use any level of AI or other automatic systems except the playlist which again just worked.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Nothing. We had no issues.

Everything simply worked and the only glitches we faced were down to our end regarding the device used.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We required a simple, cheap (free) solution to advertise within education. Yodek simply worked.

I like that once the device is set up, it’s truly plug-and-play when you install it at the final location.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I was a little frustrated that, when I tried to demo the free plan to board members, Power BI was a big part of what I needed to show in order to get buy-in for the process. However, the initial free licence doesn’t include Power BI. This never used to be the case, and it could potentially make it harder to demonstrate the value.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting business intelligence in front of more users, with less friction.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

It simply works! Just plug in the player and publish your content. It’s cheaper than other well-known digital signage solutions. There are plenty of services you can connect, and if that’s not enough, you can always display your own pages.

Screen management is straightforward, and it includes all the features you need without adding unnecessary extras. Last but not least, the support team is very responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Because we get a free screen when we only have one, it’s disappointing that the free screen disappears as soon as we buy additional ones. Please just let us keep the first free screen. :)

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets me get started quickly without needing training on a complicated tool. The back office is easy to understand, and overall it feels very WYSIWYG and intuitive to use. It saves time while still delivering a professional result.
