**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

It is very helpful for managing and sharing as many TV screens as needed. Even non-IT experts can easily deploy a new dashboard. Top feature: Yodek is suitable for any OS and device available on the market.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Nothing so far. It works really well, and everything is super easy to manage. One thing I’d like to see, though, is Yodek offering a hardware stand or mounting support for laptops or a MiniPC, so you can hide them behind the screen. That’s more of a future feature to consider, but it would be a nice addition.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the cable-retention issue. It also avoids having to plug a USB stick into the screen and do manual updates. Data can be managed faster, and updates are very quick. Users can work from their own desktop, or even remotely, so they don’t need to stand for hours in
 front of the TV screens.

What I like best about Yodeck is how incredibly user-friendly and intuitive the platform is. Setting up new screens and scheduling content takes just a few minutes, even for team members who aren't tech-savvy. The layout templates have been a lifesaver, allowing us to create professional-looking displays quickly without needing a dedicated designer

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The basic scheduling works great, but some of the advanced scheduling and timing options feel a bit overly complicated to set up. It requires a few too many clicks to configure specific date exclusions or complex multi-playlist rotations, making the deeper settings less intuitive than the rest of the software

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck solves the challenge of keeping our tennis club members informed about court schedules, upcoming tournaments, and club news. Before, we relied on outdated cork noticeboards or members checking their phones. Now, we display real-time court bookings, weather updates, and event photos right in the clubhouse. It has made our club feel much more modern, welcoming, and organized, while significantly boosting member participation in our social events.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I like how easy it is to control things and manage everything even when I’m not there physically. I can change settings and set everything up so it’s hands-off, and I’m still able to make quick changes whenever I need to.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

It’s a little complicated to use some of the timing options and features, and you really have to learn how they work before you can use everything properly. It also sometimes gets files wrong or doesn’t update them the way it’s supposed to, but other than that, it’s okay.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Yodeck, managing our training calendar displays required manual oversight to ensure the schedule on the physical screens matched our website data and internal spreadsheets. Outdated information had to be manually purged, and slides had to be manually redesigned or updated every time a class schedule changed. Yodeck completely bridges that gap by allowing us to connect our screen layouts directly to automated cloud-hosted data pipelines. The primary benefit is total time savings and a completely hands-off system. By allowing us to point a Yodeck screen layout directly to our automated Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate workflows, the physical TV displays update themselves automatically. The moment a new class is scheduled or an old date passes, Yodeck handles the refresh smoothly behind the scenes. **What do you like best about Yodeck?**

The remote management is what makes it work for us. As an agency running signage for our clients, we manage a growing fleet of screens from one dashboard — pushing content, monitoring status, and fixing issues without ever being on site. Offline playback is a big one too: screens keep running even if a location's internet drops, so we get far fewer support calls. Add the 800+ templates and live apps that let us produce a polished look quickly, and it has become the reliable backbone of our managed service. Setup on our displays is fast and it just runs day to day.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

A couple of minor things rather than dealbreakers. Billing is annual on the higher plans, which is fine but takes a bit of cash-flow planning when you're scaling up a fleet. And on the hardware side, native support for the very newest Samsung Tizen firmware can lag a little behind the latest models, so it's worth checking display compatibility before you buy. Neither has been a real problem for us in daily use — the platform itself has been dependable — but they're the two things I'd flag to anyone evaluating it.

It lets us run digital signage as a managed service for our clients without putting a technician on the road for every change. We manage the whole fleet remotely from one place — updating content, monitoring screens, and resolving issues centrally — which keeps our operating costs down and lets us scale to more locations without adding overhead. For our clients, the benefit is a professional, always-current display with zero effort on their side: they never touch the technology. Offline playback keeps screens live even through internet hiccups, so reliability stays high and support calls stay low. Yodeck is very quick and easy to manage compared to other solutions. With their great templates, in under 2 minutes I was able to grab a holiday playlist of theirs and add the company logo to display on the TV for a company photo. Great work! The player functionality is supreme too! you can add timers and expirations, communication and messaging is quick, their support is very quick to resolve any issues. value for money, is amazing, they offer a free tiral of 1 screen and adding screen is very cheap too! theres no known bugs and issues on my side after using yodeck for months.

right now there is no feature to present a PDF or powerpoint directly from yodeck (i hope they do ) , in short yodeck needs interactivity feature to let users interact with the media and that will greatly add value to the product. aside from these all purpose and features are amazing and delivers what is expected.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for the display of some web pages with data on different screens at the production floor. The Raspberry PIs are hidden behind the screens and we can use the portal to set everything up. Don't need to touch the PIs ever again. Yodeck was both affordable and full of useful features, and I would recommend to anyone who're looking for dashboard solutions.  The platform is simple to use, intuitive, and highly reliable. My digital screens update in real-time without any issues, and customer support is fantastic—quick responses and very helpful. It has truly enhanced our communication and made our displays look professional. I highly recommend Yodeck to anyone looking for a dependable digital signage solution

Honestly, I have found no downside or dislike so far.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had been using a digital signage solution of my own making, relying on WordPress to serve web pages with content I created for a client. Yodeck helped me consolidate my workflow and cut the time I spend managing it literally in half. I can now control details on a per-slide basis, instead of having to apply settings like display duration globally. This allows each image to have a different display duration.

Yodeck has also given me a more robust scheduling setup and a fallback content solution, both of which simply didn’t exist in my previous digital signage product. There are other integrations I can take advantage of in the future when I need them, too. Overall, Yodeck has improved my performance by reducing the number of tools and the amount of time I need, while helping me deliver a better product than I did before using it. No stuttering video, no blank white stills due to missing jpgs. 

The best party is the pricing! It is literally just dollars more per month than what I was previously paying.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

The ease of creating playlists and the integration with other apps are very positive points. This has brought interesting results for metrics and business promotions. We use it 24 hours a day, running on 2 different devices, and it was easy to implement and adjust the settings. Customer support is quick and efficient.

Since they are small devices that transmit information to the TV, they take up less space and it is also easier to organize the cables and hide the device.

The performance is good, however, the Yodeck's own device heats up a lot. Furthermore, the acquisition cost ended up being expensive for us, who are in Brazil.

I did not use the site's AI.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

What leaves the most to be desired is the lack of visualization of some apps or content added to the playlists. Furthermore, there are still many visualizations that are unsupported, which makes it difficult to conduct tests without having a screen dedicated to the Yodeck device.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolved issues with technical visits. Before, we had to resort to sending emails when there was a visit from a client or supplier.

Dissemination of content and benefits. Previously, we used papers and emails for notices, announcements, and other changes in the company.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

The simplicity with setup and even the interface/console. From setting up apps to creating playlists to deciding what content will play on what screen and when. It's all super intuitive and simple to use, but at the same time really indepth to so many different use-cases.
We are able to seamlessly integrate our PowerBI reports/dashboards onto our TVs as well. Just paste the link to the dashboard and sign in, that simple.
I have never had an issue with performance or downtime with these devices, but when I do come across random issues (usually user issues) support is so quick and easy to work with, issues never drag on. They are super quick to respond and resolve anything.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I genuinely do not have anything to complain about or say needs changing. There seems to be consistent updates and more integrations added all the time, and our needs are met tremendously.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of PowerBI reports and dashboards for many different departments that we wanted to display on TVs around the office. Yodeck was EXACTLY the tool we needed to do that.
Outside of those reports, even having a tool to display weather, company announcements, birthday/anniversaries, etc has been tremendous.

Yodeck has been fantastic for Return-It. It makes managing our digital signage incredibly simple and efficient across our locations. The platform is highly intuitive, allowing us to upload content, schedule displays, and push live updates seamlessly. It's incredibly reliable, cost-effective, and has significantly improved how we communicate with our customers.

Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about Yodeck. If I had to pick something, the initial setup and learning curve for custom layouts took a little bit of time to get used to, but once everything was configured for Return-It, it has been running flawlessly.

In a fast-paced warehouse environment, keeping floor staff informed about safety protocols, daily targets, and company updates can be a challenge. Yodeck solves this by replacing easily ignored bulletin boards with high-visibility digital displays. The benefit to Return-It has been improved safety awareness, better team engagement on the floor, and a completely streamlined way for management to broadcast critical operational messages in real time.

Yodeck offers many ways to share information on screens. It not only allows you to upload your own images, but it also integrates with tons of apps. The performance is great once you get everything connected, and if you're having any issues, the customer service is very helpful. The backend is very user-friendly, which is a huge plus for teaching others how to use it. But one of the biggest pluses of them all is the pricing. I've worked with multiple services similar to this, and by far, the pricing is the best for what YoDeck offers.

It offers access to a ton of apps but I hope that it continues to grow its list as many of the Microsoft Office apps work except for excel.

Rather than putting flyers, schedules, memos, welcome signage, and more up on the walls with print, our company is able to throw everything on our tvs digitally.

This is the premier display solution. Whether you need one screen or multiple screens displaying content, Yodeck is the solution. Fast, easy, incredible functionality allowing me to schedule my displays remotely. The pricing is well worth the full load of features the platform offers. The setup was plug and play as my Pi came ready out of the box.

Absolutely nothing. This platform has been perfected and the UI is user friendly.

We have a display in our jewelry store and before Yodeck it was cumbersome to load the slideshow daily, turn on/off the display, change the displays throughout the year for different events or seasons. Now, I load it all on my Yodeck platform. I schedule the slideshows ahead of time and everything is pushed to the display. It even turns the display off remotely when a slideshow is not scheduled.

I think Yodeck is a fun and intuitive way to improve office morale and maintain professionalism. The dashboard and UI is very friendly to people who may not be tech savvy. There are also multiple helpful tutorial videos on the site. I also enjoy the quick media delivery to my display module. It has no issues connecting with any of our devices here at the office, and the display quality and connection is crystal clear. I would say you overall get your bang for your buck if you are using this for a small business/office space. There is also the helpful AI Q&A chat box if you ever have issues that cannot be supported through the tutorial videos.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I don't necessarily have any gripes about Yodeck as far as functionality. There is a lot to unpack for new users, but they provide multiple resources to familiarize yourself with what Yodeck has to offer.

We wanted a more personalized approach to our office space. Our staff still see the coroporate slides, BUT having availability to make our own slides that pertains to our friends and coworkers is a great option.

What I like best is how easy it is to manage everything remotely. The players have been very reliable, and overall it’s been a low-maintenance solution that just works consistently.

One thing I dislike is that some of the more advanced customization options can take a little time to figure out at first. I can instantly see exactly what’s currently displaying on the TV from anywhere, so I don’t have to physically go to the location. This has saved me so much time, especially with multiple sites. I really like how easy it is to update my digital menus and make changes whenever I need to. The UI is simple to use and feels genuinely intuitive, so I can get in and make edits without any hassle. Integrations with apps such as Canva are smooth and straightforward, and there’s a huge variety of premade layouts to choose from, which helps me get started quickly and keep the process moving. Everything I’ve put it through has performed well and it hasn’t given me any issues. The pricing feels very reasonable, and so far I haven’t needed any customer or IT support. Onboarding was easy too—just plug it in, fill out a few things on the portal, and it’s good to go.

The interface is so easy, and they have been improving things every year as far as performance and integrations.  Their tech staff also helped me with a really nuanced question a few years back and were awesome.

Honestly, nothing.  Everything from hardware setup, to pricing, to interface is just remarkable.  I wish other tech solutions created a user experience like this.  Makes our lives incredibly easier.

We are a really small regional campus, and we don't have the marketing/support staff that larger institutions have.  The fact that ANYONE can be taught to load up simple flyers to complex scheduling of graphics is a massive time savings. **What do you like best about Yodeck?**

It has revolutionized our visual communication, saving us hours of work! We adopted Yodeck to manage the monitors within our spaces, and the impact on our workflow has been amazing. It's not just a tool for "displaying images," but a true ecosystem that automates and optimizes corporate communication. Before, I had to upload files to USB sticks for each individual monitor; now I access the cloud dashboard from home or the office, drag new media into the layout, and press "Push." The system is so intuitive that I was able to delegate the monitor updates to other team members without having to organize any technical training sessions. The ability to directly integrate Canva, Google Slides, and our social media feeds has been a game changer. We no longer have to download, format, and re-upload content: we edit a graphic on Canva, and it automatically updates on the screens. Adding clocks, local weather, and scrolling news tickers literally takes one click. The software's stability is impeccable. A feature that has saved us multiple times is the local saving on the players (we use the handy and affordable Raspberry Pi). This means that even if the company Wi-Fi connection drops, the monitors continue to play the content offline without black screens or error messages. Simultaneous updates of multiple screens in different locations happen in seconds without ever experiencing slowdowns. The software excels in intelligent content management. We heavily use the "smart tagging" and conditional scheduling features. Instead of creating endless manual playlists, the system intelligently rotates content based on time, days of the week, and the set expiration for individual campaigns. Moreover, the platform dynamically adapts content to different screen resolutions and orientations without requiring manual photo editing. The initial installation ("onboarding") was lightning fast. From the moment we created the account to the moment our first screen was broadcasting our content, less than 30 minutes passed; the tutorials and on-screen guides are very clear. And to conclude... even the price is among the most competitive.

The ease of use in content management and its excellent value for money. Also, we love that they continue to innovate; the new beta of the application for Windows looks very promising and promises to further simplify deployment in corporate environments.

If you decide to use the application directly on a Smart TV without an external player, make sure the TV is somewhat powerful so that the performance is completely smooth. On the other hand, the new Windows beta still has a few things to refine, although it is on the right track.

Yodeck solves the problem of managing digital signage remotely, quickly, and economically without relying on complex infrastructures. Yodeck is super easy to get up and running, the UI is very user-friendly even for non-tech oriented people, but there are still powerful tools available under the hood. There's a lot of integrations available to connect to, and the web page media allows you to display internal-only pages without needing to host them externally.

I'd like to see the web page errors and scripting be improved. As an example, some of our internal web pages lock up after a while, I'm guessing because the page is a bit resource-intensive... but it's difficult to narrow down an exact cause through Yodeck.

Our previous signage system was a mess of thin clients and full PCs running dedicated software. Huge pain to manage the hardware, update the software or playlist. Yodeck has been one of the easiest digital signage platforms we’ve deployed. The interface is clean, simple, and intuitive, so our team and our customers can stay productive without much of a learning curve. The integrations are solid and generally work the way you expect. Support has also been consistently responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed it.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I am a small business owner of a studio that teaches private music lessons. We run the Yodeck player in the lobby for the parents waiting while their kids are in the classrooms. We run entertainment, announcements, featured teachers, weather and our own commercials, etc. 

I love that I can work on producing content at home when I have time, then continue when I get to the studio seamlessly. I can start uploading/encoding a video (for example) before I leave for work, then drop it in a playlist and push to the screen when I get to the office. So convenient.

I also love the small footprint of the player and that I can see the status of the player from anywhere I can use a browser.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Although the onboarding was relatively straightforward (I purchased a pre-configured player from Yodeck), some of the terminology and workflow took some getting used to and had to get GPT to assist in certain places. I think a series of more detailed tutorial videos would be a great future addition. 

That said, it was not a bad experience to get up and running, and if I had an IT department I'm sure they would have no problem at all, but it was new technology to me so tutorials for "dummies" would be a great addition.

We constantly have events like recitals that we need to communicate to the parents and clients. Email is no bueno. It is WAY better to run these on a loop in the lobby while I have a captive audience. We even use the QR app in the player to help guests jump on our wifi if they like. 

We are also able to passively point people to Google reviews for us and other social media. 

The most helpful aspect relates to the fact that we don't have a receptionist at this location. When we have walk-in customers they have a kiosk to help them learn about our lesson programs and how to sign up or get more information. This helps us capture customers that would otherwise simply pick up a business card and likely never call.

We only display on one TV so with no monthly fees, except for the one-off small payment for the player is fantastic for the business. Great performance and support from the Yodeck team. Creating the layouts is quick and easy with the drag-and-drop interface and with the use of AI makes everything you create easy and looks professional.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

It's easy to set up playlists for our different locations, and reuse parts of existing ones to make any future updates propagate automatically across all of them. The web player makes it easy to integrate to all kinds of screens without needing specific or expensive hardware. The schedules enable us to prepare everything in advance and save time, money, and stress during the event.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Not being able to insert playlists into other playlists until upgrading makes it a bit harder to prepare everything well in advance for a once-yearly event.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We display our schedules and upcoming events across several screens during our event, showing everyone what's coming up, highlighting our sponsors, and promoting our merch. Since we set everything up beforehand, we don't need staff on-site to switch between slideshows, saving lots of money and preventing potential mistakes.

If you're looking for a Free one-screen solution that works well with Raspberry Pi, making it cost-effective and stable. It is the magic sauce when it comes to supporting videos, images, PowerPoint, PDFs, YouTube, weather widgets, and most of all RSS feeds, and the paid plans are competitively priced. Includes SSL encryption, user role permissions, and other enterprise-grade security features, making it security-compliant. Easy to follow setup, great information, and support. This is a worthwhile product to consider for remote maintenance of your menu boards and digital signage needs.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

While it supports many widgets, integration with platforms like Google Workspace, Salesforce, or custom APIs is more manual or limited compared to enterprise-level systems.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck is budget-friendly. I love that it offers a free plan for one screen. It uses Raspberry Pi as the media player, which significantly lowers hardware costs while maintaining reliability.
