**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

What I particularly appreciate about Yodeck is above all its modern interface and a UX so well designed that it makes dynamic display management accessible to everyone. The platform stands out for its numerous integrations and the relevant use of AI, which brings true intelligence to content automation. In terms of performance, the system is exemplary in stability, ensuring smooth broadcasting without interruption. Finally, their attractive pricing guarantees an excellent ROI, all supported by a responsive support team that greatly facilitates the integration of the solution within our infrastructures. It is a complete, powerful, and perfectly profitable tool.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Although the platform is very intuitive, the only small drawback would be the learning curve required to master the most advanced features, such as complex integrations or AI-related automations. With such a vast catalog of options, it sometimes takes a bit of time and practice to perfectly configure every detail and fully exploit its performance, even if the final result more than justifies this initial investment.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

At the moment, I am using the basic version to test the software, but I think I will switch to a paid version. I like its operational simplicity (for example, the drag and drop), the availability of apps and layouts that are practically ready to use. Currently, I am using it with an old Firestick that doesn't allow me to test something more advanced, but soon I will choose another player.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

At the moment, I am unable to properly manage the schedules, especially the insertion of event slides that should only appear on certain days within always active playlists. Additionally, I would like there to be transitions between the elements of the playlists.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using it (in beta test) inside a hotel lobby. At the moment, I don't really have any problems and I am thinking of making it a job.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I really like how easy it is to update my digital menus and make changes whenever I need to. The UI is simple to use and feels genuinely intuitive, so I can get in and make edits without any hassle. Integrations with apps such as Canva are smooth and straightforward, and there’s a huge variety of premade layouts to choose from, which helps me get started quickly and keep the process moving. Everything I’ve put it through has performed well and it hasn’t given me any issues. The pricing feels very reasonable, and so far I haven’t needed any customer or IT support. Onboarding was easy too—just plug it in, fill out a few things on the portal, and it’s good to go.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

So far, I haven’t come across anything I don’t like.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Yodeck, we used chalkboards. They looked great and were very aesthetic, but updating items and prices was difficult and time-consuming. Now I can just open the portal, make the changes, and push the updates to the menus.

Yodeck is very easy to setup and manage Digital Signage across our organization. Very customizable, Easy to configure without any support.

When my content was scheduled, I have faced this issue twice in the last month, The Youtube streaming stops other content in the layout works fine. Post repush, The content starts playing.

We use yodeck for displaying our Marketing content for our Clients as well as to Visitors, So as a overall it gives very good customization and proper layout options to organise and schedule our company branding, So i would like to provide a very positive feedback.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

The ease of use is incredible.  We have an enterprise account setup, and I have trained folks from the most tech savvy to the least resourceful, and they all love it.  The interface is so easy, and they have been improving things every year as far as performance and integrations.  Their tech staff also helped me with a really nuanced question a few years back and were awesome.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Honestly, nothing.  Everything from hardware setup, to pricing, to interface is just remarkable.  I wish other tech solutions created a user experience like this.  Makes our lives incredibly easier.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a really small regional campus, and we don't have the marketing/support staff that larger institutions have.  The fact that ANYONE can be taught to load up simple flyers to complex scheduling of graphics is a massive time savings.  It's intelligently done, and honestly one of the best products I've used in some time.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

It has revolutionized our visual communication, saving us hours of work! We adopted Yodeck to manage the monitors within our spaces, and the impact on our workflow has been amazing. It's not just a tool for "displaying images," but a true ecosystem that automates and optimizes corporate communication. Before, I had to upload files to USB sticks for each individual monitor; now I access the cloud dashboard from home or the office, drag new media into the layout, and press "Push." The system is so intuitive that I was able to delegate the monitor updates to other team members without having to organize any technical training sessions. The ability to directly integrate Canva, Google Slides, and our social media feeds has been a game changer. We no longer have to download, format, and re-upload content: we edit a graphic on Canva, and it automatically updates on the screens. Adding clocks, local weather, and scrolling news tickers literally takes one click. The software's stability is impeccable. A feature that has saved us multiple times is the local saving on the players (we use the handy and affordable Raspberry Pi). This means that even if the company Wi-Fi connection drops, the monitors continue to play the content offline without black screens or error messages. Simultaneous updates of multiple screens in different locations happen in seconds without ever experiencing slowdowns. The software excels in intelligent content management. We heavily use the "smart tagging" and conditional scheduling features. Instead of creating endless manual playlists, the system intelligently rotates content based on time, days of the week, and the set expiration for individual campaigns. Moreover, the platform dynamically adapts content to different screen resolutions and orientations without requiring manual photo editing. The initial installation ("onboarding") was lightning fast. From the moment we created the account to the moment our first screen was broadcasting our content, less than 30 minutes passed; the tutorials and on-screen guides are very clear. And to conclude... even the price is among the most competitive.

At the moment, we have not found any weaknesses. Adding some apps would probably be useful.

So far, it has never been necessary to use technical support as we have not encountered any problems of any kind.

After using Yodeck consistently week after week, we are very satisfied with its performance. We rarely have any glitches, and those usually turn out to be user error (by me!). It runs so smoothly that we don't have to do much but update our slides and information!

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

The only thing we can suggest is to make some of the transitions and fades smoother, but that's not something everyone notices, just me. We really have no complaints or suggestions at all. Thanks for a great product!

What I like best about Yodeck is how easy it is to manage and deploy content across multiple screens. The platform is intuitive, offers flexible hardware options, and provides strong management features for scaling digital signage across an organization.

At this stage, I haven't encountered any significant issues with Yodeck. The platform has been easy to use and has met our needs during the evaluation process.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Yodeck is super easy to get up and running, the UI is very user-friendly even for non-tech oriented people, but there are still powerful tools available under the hood. There's a lot of integrations available to connect to, and the web page media allows you to display internal-only pages without needing to host them externally.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I'd like to see the web page errors and scripting be improved. As an example, some of our internal web pages lock up after a while, I'm guessing because the page is a bit resource-intensive... but it's difficult to narrow down an exact cause through Yodeck.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous signage system was a mess of thin clients and full PCs running dedicated software. Huge pain to manage the hardware, update the software or playlist. With Yodeck, for a very reasonable rate we're able to greatly simplify our signage, vastly improve communication across the facility, and give more people ownership over what's displayed on 'their' signs.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

Yodeck has been one of the easiest digital signage platforms we’ve deployed. The interface is clean, simple, and intuitive, so our team and our customers can stay productive without much of a learning curve. The integrations are solid and generally work the way you expect. Support has also been consistently responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed it.

We use Yodeck both internally and with customers, and it’s been reliable across the board. Overall, it’s been a strong experience and an easy recommendation if you need a signage solution.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Ultimately, so far we haven’t really run into any downsides. At first, I’d say the documentation wasn’t as thorough as it could have been, but a lot has been added since then, and it hasn’t been an issue.

For a long time, the digital signage industry was dominated by a few key players. We needed another option—something powerful yet easy to use, while still being cost-effective. Yodek bridges that gap between simplicity and capability, and it checks all the boxes for us and our customers.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I am a small business owner of a studio that teaches private music lessons. We run the Yodeck player in the lobby for the parents waiting while their kids are in the classrooms. We run entertainment, announcements, featured teachers, weather and our own commercials, etc. 

I love that I can work on producing content at home when I have time, then continue when I get to the studio seamlessly. I can start uploading/encoding a video (for example) before I leave for work, then drop it in a playlist and push to the screen when I get to the office. So convenient.

I also love the small footprint of the player and that I can see the status of the player from anywhere I can use a browser.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Although the onboarding was relatively straightforward (I purchased a pre-configured player from Yodeck), some of the terminology and workflow took some getting used to and had to get GPT to assist in certain places. I think a series of more detailed tutorial videos would be a great future addition. 

That said, it was not a bad experience to get up and running, and if I had an IT department I'm sure they would have no problem at all, but it was new technology to me so tutorials for "dummies" would be a great addition.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We constantly have events like recitals that we need to communicate to the parents and clients. Email is no bueno. It is WAY better to run these on a loop in the lobby while I have a captive audience. We even use the QR app in the player to help guests jump on our wifi if they like. 

We are also able to passively point people to Google reviews for us and other social media. 

The most helpful aspect relates to the fact that we don't have a receptionist at this location. When we have walk-in customers they have a kiosk to help them learn about our lesson programs and how to sign up or get more information. This helps us capture customers that would otherwise simply pick up a business card and likely never call.

I’ve been working in the digital signage industry for over 15+ years. This platform hands down is the easiest to use, right out of the box. It comes with a huge library of apps and you can quickly build your own using their tools. You can literally be up and running in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

While it’s very easy to get started with this CMS, it can feel a bit too simplistic for “pro” users. It seems designed more for end users with little to no experience who want to spend more time running their business, rather than tinkering with their digital signage CMS.

It addresses the high cost of entry by relying on affordable hardware and ready-made templates, which makes professional, 24/7 digital signage accessible even for non-technical users.

The dashboard is user-friendly, it allowed us to multi apps to be integrated on the screen, like time and date, the weather and Birthdays. 
We only display on one TV so with no monthly fees, except for the one-off small payment for the player is fantastic for the business. Great performance and support from the Yodeck team. Creating the layouts is quick and easy with the drag-and-drop interface and with the use of AI makes everything you create easy and looks professional.

You can't rotate or flip pictures when creating the layouts

In a large manufacturing plant it is always difficult to communicate important information to all departments. With Yodeck we are finding staff stopping to watch the screen and keep up to date with what is going on within the business

Yodeck is very flexible in terms of the content that you are able to display but also how you can configure the devices, you can also use your own Raspberry Pi hardware!

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

They offer 1 screen for free but as soon as you add more screens that initial screen is no longer free.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck allows us to easily share institutional knowledge with users but then include location based information such as the weather forecast. The screens can also be scheduled so that outside of hours they are turn off which saves power and the life of the displays.

It’s easy to use and straightforward to train staff on. It also integrates smoothly with our existing platforms, which is important since we use it for call centers. The pricing is competitive compared with other vendors offering similar services, and their post-procurement support has been amazing. From media upload to deployment to players the performance is really great as well.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

A more intuitive API integration with other platforms—so it’s easier to pull data and present it—would be really handy. Also, having a function that can handle MFA on integrated websites would be great, especially if it’s supported.

We display client call data statistics, and this now integrates with our existing company communications. It brings all our displays together into one solution, streamlining communication and providing the visibility we need for day-to-day operations to run smart wallboards.

The platform is very user-friendly, even for non-technical users. Setting up screens and pushing content is straightforward. Being able to manage screens remotely from anywhere is a huge plus, especially across multiple locations. Compared to other digital signage platforms, Yodeck offers excellent value for money, especially with the Raspberry Pi player included. Supports a wide range of media types (images, videos, PDFs, web pages, dashboards), making it versatile for different use cases. The scheduling system is powerful and easy to use—great for automating content changes. Once set up, it runs consistently with minimal downtime. Works well with dashboards, Google Slides, and other tools, which is useful for business environments.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

While functional, parts of the UI feel slightly dated or less polished compared to premium competitors. More complex layouts or highly customised designs can be tricky without workarounds. The layout editor can take a bit of getting used to, especially when creating more advanced screen designs. Content updates don’t always push instantly to devices. Being cloud-based means you rely on stable connectivity for updates and management.

It is very user friendly, easy to install and use with a firestick or a player. Very reasonable pricing and various plans to choose from depending on your companies need. I can add to my display at any time, any where, which is great for when I travel and need to keep everyone up to date. it was so easy to integrate from our old way to this new updated version of plant communication. There is no lag in service, the program performs just as they advertise. If your stuck on a project you can use the AI to help get you back going.

So far I have no issues with the software or customer service. All information is straight forward, all questions answered in a timely manner.

Free options are almost the whole tool, with only a few screens limited. The player is easy to use, especially the playlist tool for content management.

It’s great for showing messages in warehouses, streaming company videos during visits, etc. Customer support also responds quickly when I suggest new functionalities.

I’ve only noticed a few bugs on the RPi 3, but it works fine on the newer models. However, on the newer Raspberries it doesn’t work properly with two screens. Web tool is also a little bit floppy

I love that the user interface is extremely easy to use. The interactive Kiosk feature that links with our email CRM for new signups to the database is something I really value. The initial setup was so easy; it's just plug and play. You add your media and you're done. Overall, Yodeck helps create a multi-screen media wall with our splitter matrix.

After using a competitor for the last 4 years, with a very mediocre experience, we recently switched to Yodeck and from the first moment the players were plugged in and the content loaded the difference was noticeable IMMEDIATELY; no lag, crystal clear video, smooth playback, all boxes checked.

Honestly, nothing to mention. The interface is easy to use, simple and friendly with the ability to organise files, create playlists, add new screens etc. I cannot fault Yodeck in any way.

Yodeck is so easy to use and implement. As a small, non-profit animal sanctuary we use the signage as a thank you board for visitors that have adopted/sponsored animals. It is so easy to use. We are currently on the 1 free screen, however i would not hesitate to upgrade and pay for an extra screen in the future as the need arises as the price is very decent. 

We have had no performance issues. 

Onboarding and support has been smooth.

As a very small non-profit, we have a low budget for anything outside of necessities. Its web interface is one of its strong points. I have been using it for more than 10 years, and during all this time, it has been constantly evolving. Additionally, they maintain a reasonable cost for the entire service they offer. The technical support is good, and it's noticeable that they continuously incorporate improvements.

Some functions are a bit complex. It does not yet have an integration with artificial intelligence that allows for the automation of certain tasks. Additionally, the application's performance largely depends on the hardware used.

Yodeck has been easy to use, administer, and implement. It integrates with a lot of services/platforms. The few times we have needed support they have been quick to assist. Yodeck has continued to keep the cost of the Pi Players affordable, as well as keeping the free option if you do an annual subscription.

The only thing I dislike is that if you purchase a device under one client and need to move it to another you will have to have their support do so, though it isn't a particularly difficult process. Hopeful that this will change one day.

For a "not for profit" organisation like Knowle Cricket Club, the entry level Yodeck capabilities that we use are free of charge but allow us to deliver dynamic digital content to our club members quickly, reliably and easily.

The system reports if the remote players are unavailable (powered off, not connected, etc.) and display the current screen of monitors that are online.  Detailed information on each device is available including hardware specifications, system uptime and available memory.

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

I will always recommend Yodeck. They are a great company offering a great tool for consistent office communication. I have found that they seem to have made their help documenation easier to access.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I had a unique situation and struggling a bit to get it resolved in my preferred timeline, even with the help of the team. 

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time spent in updating digital signage across multiple offices. Simplified the process a lot!

**What do you like best about Yodeck?**

- The platform is incredibly easy to use — from uploading content to scheduling playlists across multiple screens, everything is intuitive and fast.
- The remote management features save us a lot of time, especially when updating displays across different locations. The Raspberry Pi players are affordable yet powerful, and Yodeck’s cloud interface is rock solid.
- What really stands out is the reliability and support: the system runs smoothly 24/7, and whenever we had a question, Yodeck’s team responded quickly and professionally.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

I would like to see more apps and more control of what the app should display for instance Outlook.

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for a professional and flexible narrowcasting solution. It is not only benefiting our company but our customers also.

What I like most about Yodeck is its incredibly easy-to-use interface combined with powerful remote management features. The interface is intuitive, making scheduling and deploying content across multiple screens instantaneous. It is a reliable and cost-effective solution that has significantly streamlined our work with digital advertising.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

"No he encontrado ningún problema significativo hasta ahora. El sistema es estable y cumple con todos nuestros requisitos."

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck solves the challenge of managing multiple screens across different locations without needing to be physically present. It benefits us by significantly reducing the time spent on content updates. We can now push new promotions or announcements in seconds from a single dashboard, ensuring our messaging is always consistent and up-to-date.

We've used YoDeck for a while now and it has never failed us. We haven't run into any technical issues or needed support, which is rare for tech companies! We appreciate the level of reliability that we've received from YoDeck.

**What do you dislike about Yodeck?**

Nothing to report here, we love using YoDeck!

**What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yodeck eliminates the need for us to keep removing and transferred data from a USB Stick to our public display screen.
