SharePoint Integration White Screens & Layout Editor Fell Short **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026 **What do you like best about Yodeck?** The management of screens were so much easier than what we were doing and it had the features we were looking for so we got what we were looking for in regards to that. The implementation was easy with just having to reinstall our existing infrastructure to work with Yodeck. It is nice that we don't have to actively use the dashboard very often since it mostly just runs on its own. **What do you dislike about Yodeck?** When we integrated it with our sharepoint site we had issues with it sometimes just going to a white screen and then having to be restarted before working again. We weren't impressed with the layout editor and it didn't fit what we were hoping to accomplish with being a full replacement to our current system. **What problems is Yodeck solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yodeck was solving having one pane of glass to manage our infoscreens. They have good technical features like being able to turn off the screens so we don't have to buy 24/7 screens. ### 2. Great Customer Service, Poor Product **Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Josh C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2024 **What do you like best about Yodeck?** I'm not sure it's a great reflection on the product, but my best experiences with YoDeck have come from interacting with their tech support team. I've had nonstop issues with my units connecting and staying connected to Wifi and have gotten great support from that part of the company. **What do you dislike about Yodeck?** Not a lot of downsides. I guess if you purchase their hardware, the cases are a little unique and don't allow you an out-of-the box way to mount to displays.
