**What do you like best about YOCTOL.AI Creator?**

It provides a limited range of features and functionalities. The downside is that its a bit pricey. I find many faults to dislike about YOCTOL.AI Creator. There is a need for improvement in terms of user experience.

**What do you dislike about YOCTOL.AI Creator?**

As, for dislikes one thing that is a bit bothersome is the time consuming training process, for the bots. It requires monitoring and adjustments to ensure responses. This takes away time from tasks.

**What problems is YOCTOL.AI Creator solving and how is that benefiting you?**

YOCTOL.AI Creator is unable to solve the issue of time consuming customer engagement. Their chatbot automation has not reduced our workload not allowing us to focus on aspects of our business. This has resulted in decreased customer satisfaction.
