Fatbit Technologies/Yo-Coach have been really amazing in helping us start our online teaching business. We did A LOT of comparisons, demos, and research into other platforms available out there and prior to committing to Fatbit. Fatbit was the best value for money, functionality, and best suited to our needs and business model. They were always available to answer questions, give advice and guide us. We are very happy with our purchase. Some minor bugs were fixed, and everything is up and running smoothly. Customizations will be needed in the future, but that is understandable and expected. The functionality itself has been very well designed and executed for user-friendliness. The support staff is always available and willing to meet on short notice and often at late hours for them which is really appreciated. They consistently go the extra mile and help out wherever they can. Special mention to our project manager Gagan Gupta for assisting us and going the extra mile! Their customer relations are phenomenal. E-mails and texts are answered timeously, concerns are addressed right away. I have never come across a business I actually believed cared about me and my goals until I came across Fatbit. Yo!Coach is above and beyond my expectations. It is a bit difficult changing the display and some of the dummy information such as top rated teachers.
