It allows me to effectively segment my customers based on a variety of criteria, including demographics, interests, and behaviors. It also provides a range of automation tools for routine tasks such as sending welcome emails and triggering responses. Sending a large number of emails to specific customers used to be a time-consuming task in the past, but YNOT Mail has greatly improved and become more efficient through regular updates. I would truly like to appreciate the founders of YNOT mail for introducing such an amazing tool for email marketing, All the features I used are truly amazing. In my case, I was the user of a basic version of YNOT mail and I guess that was enough for getting my work done. Builtin HTML Editor and Event logging were the two features which were my favourite. When I talk about dislikes, I would mention the pricing part, the basic plan seems comparatively higher for small businesses like ours. And the second thing is priority-based customer support. Being in the photography business and having a small team to manage everything was difficult for me, as we all know there is a huge importance of marketing in a business like photography, I was always in search of tools through which I could automate things. Among all other works getting in touch with old customers and generating new leads was important and I guess Email marketing was the best way to do this. When my friend introduced me to YNOT mail I was amazed and started using it. it helped me a lot in creating my contact list, sending creative emails to my clients etc. Thanks to YNOT Mail for making it easier for me to do the work without much involvement. The best thing about YNOT mail is the inbuilt HTML editor and automatic bounce processing tool. I used this for almost 3 months and found that this is one of the best email marketing tools I used so far. their automation feature is different from the rest and Analytics were great and it helped me a lot in sorting my campaigns. I have used multiple paid as well as free email marketing software but the experience I got while using YNOT was tremendous, The best part is the Various Options available for launching the email campaign. so nicely crafted software. never faced any issue throughout the usage.
