What do you like best?
Yuri was fantastic in sitting down with our staff to understand our business, and the planning for the Games. He made numerous visits to our Sydney office, to engage in face to face meetings, as well as providing an intensive 4-day training to our staff.
Yuri response time to any queries or support was very prompt, and even made arrangements when he or I were overseas to assist with troubleshooting and assistance.
What do you dislike?
The only challenge we faced was the fact that Yuri is based in Melbourne and our business is in Sydney. We would have benefited a bit more with this project if we had the luxury of having more face to face contact with Yuri.
Recommendations to others considering the product
YM Tech offered more support to us, than the official Teamwork support team based in Ireland. Hands down, there is no better way to engage than through face to face contact.
Yuri was very thorough in understanding our business and project outcomes, in order to best help us set up Teamwork for our Games planning.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Yuri was able to offer his expertise and advice across other platform solutions. We investigated different ways of how to integrate Outlook and Monday into Teamwork. This is still ongoing, as we continue the progress of our project.
