There is very active account management; it takes very little time at our end, with Yieldify doing the work, the reporting and the refinement. Even when there is a positive change, Yieldify are happy to further refine it to produce further gains. Really simple integration. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** Some of the changes made introduced content shift, with an impact on Google Core Web Vitals scores. Some of the reporting isn't immediately clear, but with some explanation makes sense. **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yieldify is helping us reduce abandonment and increase basket values. ### 2. I really value their expertise, reporting features extensive product offerings. more recently, it has been great working with Cameron on the Jacuzzi Account over the last couple of months. He is very enthusiastic and it has been great to utilise his experience and expertise; powered with the reporting tools have given us some great ideas for campagns which serve our objectives. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** I have had issues in the past with campaign glitches, Account Management and them keeping up to our pace. However, so far I have not experienced anything bad with Cameron. **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Website personalisation - tailoring messaging to different types of users as we cannot do that in our CMS. Insights - how users and different types of users are navigating through the site and behaving on site. Cameron takes the lead in the Account which is great as our resource is very limited in house. ### 3. I love how efficient and how quickly I receive work turned around. The ideas and creation for the site are really clever and I love that we are always testing new things. Alex is always so friendly, encouraging and happy to help me any issues or new ideas we might have too. He and and the Yieldify team are a great asset to have. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** There is nothing I dislike about Yieldify. **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently they are looking into a way for us to have less popup/widgets on our site which will allow for a better customer experience. Yieldify offers the perfect set of tools to help me iterate and optimise the website, all while staying focused on data. My team at Yieldify - Emilie and Tom - have been excellent at managing the account all while constantly juggling our ever-changing priorities and have helped take our campaign roadmap from strength to strength. The team at Yieldify do take all feedback very seriously and puts it to use. Yieldify product is very flexible in what it can achieve, from embedding to pop-up and custom triggers it fulfills a gap in our business. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** As a third-party pop-up solution, we have to perform some extra mapping requirements for data to flow through to our Email platform. In saying that, it is fairly quick and the team is great to work with. We prefer Yieldify over the same solution that our Email platform provides as it's a superior product with more flexibility. **Recommendations to others considering Epsilon Accelerate:** Don't wait **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yieldify works with different people in our team to help achieve goals in their area. In my area, they are assisting with lean gen initiatives and working on solutions around the diminish of cookies so that we can continue to understand new vs returning customers and onsite behaviors. ### 7. The flexibility to where campaigns can be added across our site has really added to the optimisation of our customer journeys. The range of campaigns that are available to test and use also ensure the success of our goals. I have also been impressed by the level or targeting and segmentation for campaigns that can be achieved according to the data we have available in our CRM. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** Through the integration with hubspot we can't see which users are clicking on which campaigns in their activity feed to look for common patterns and help us better understand our audience. **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** To deliver important communications to members that will help them on their purchase journey to become a member and drive engagement once a member. Yieldify also helps us fill gaps and optimize journeys where our current software has missing features. ### 8. So happy we have them as partners to work with. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** I really don't have anything I dislike - I try to use them as much as I can! **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are able to target consumers based on their shopping behavior and where they are in the consumer journey, something we don't have the functionality to do on our site right now. The service is excellent and our account manager Chris was extremely helpful and professional, keeping us up to date via weekly calls and Slack (our preferred communication method). **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** It does require internal resource so it's only worth the investment if you have someone within your team who is pushing to drive the optimisations forward on a weekly basis. For some startups like ours, that might be difficult to make happen, and ended up having to step in as the founder to really drive this forward.
