I really value their expertise, reporting features extensive product offerings. more recently, it has been great working with Cameron on the Jacuzzi Account over the last couple of months. He is very enthusiastic and it has been great to utilise his experience and expertise; powered with the reporting tools have given us some great ideas for campagns which serve our objectives. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** I have had issues in the past with campaign glitches, Account Management and them keeping up to our pace. However, so far I have not experienced anything bad with Cameron. **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Website personalisation - tailoring messaging to different types of users as we cannot do that in our CMS. In saying that, it is fairly quick and the team is great to work with. The range of campaigns that are available to test and use also ensure the success of our goals. The service is excellent and our account manager Chris was extremely helpful and professional, keeping us up to date via weekly calls and Slack (our preferred communication method). **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** It does require internal resource so it's only worth the investment if you have someone within your team who is pushing to drive the optimisations forward on a weekly basis. For some startups like ours, that might be difficult to make happen, and ended up having to step in as the founder to really drive this forward. We've seen in a short period of time how the Yieldify platform has helped us to really understand how we can test methodologies that we are not sure about with different web users, and then progress with the most successful one. Cameron challenges us always to try new, and creative methods to showcase our offering and does a really good job of ensuring we are using our credits efficiently and highlighting us updated with the software and how it can help us. Only thing I can think of is that some campaigns work with/as Pop-Ups which can be experienced as a nuisance but most users are fully used to that. This is really helpful from time perspective and that he's bringing the Yieldify knowledge to help us move the campaigns in the right direction. I think we work well together in adjusting the campaigns to ensure they're on brand and deliver the objective we want for the business. We've also been able to use Yieldify during Covid for messaging we were unable to do with our tech team and our own website which was super helpful. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** I think it's sometimes hard to share internally what Yieldify is doing for us from a revenue perspective, but that may be more of an internal issue. From traffic shaping campaigns to cart abandonment emails, Yieldify is a good tool to support our various campaigns. Our account manager Min is also very responsive. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** There are limitations from a technical perspective. For example, traffic shaping campaign has a fixed layout which limits the number of products to be displayed. Some campaigns also have fixed templates. Also, many campaigns cannot reach the confidence level for us to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns. **Recommendations to others considering Epsilon Accelerate:** it's best to understand the goals first before reaching out to Yieldify to select the right products. The Yieldify platform makes it very easy to tailor site features or tests to specific groups of users. It is also very well organized and the test results are presented in a precise manner. I also love how they added an A/B/n testing feature which makes testing multiple different variants simple and all in one campaign. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** What I dislike is that the data on the number of impressions, sessions, clicks, or leads gained at the top of the dashboard or test performance page, doesn't match the date on the timeline. It is a day off which is confusing when you quickly look at the timeline graph. You have to be careful at which datapoint your mouse is hovering on. **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yieldify is helping us gain leads through an email capture modal and boosting CVR through entry banner testings, exit pops, and promo auto-apply features. It is also extremely helpful in testing out different promotional values through the A/B/n testing feature. ### 27.
