As text editors go, Yi is a pretty straightforward one. It has a cool logo! It's specifically geared towards Haskell developers and people who like to customize their tools. It doesn't feel clunky at all when I open it up and the installation process is pretty much detailed nicely on their website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's clunky to install. Just go to the website, and you can see it's not straightforward and automated in some cases. I feel like there are other tools out there that work out of the box and have just as good support for Haskell. I also don't like the lack of support for Windows. I understand it's primarily Haskell oriented and it's meant for haskell developers who are more comfortable with unix/mac anyway but it's still a blocker in terms of a lot of enterprise adoption.
