The available documentation is not sufficient to get all the answers. Requires lot of tries to understand and get the results you aim for.

What problems is YetiForce CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I store all the leads I gather, all the contractors and partners in there and once any lead turns into project I can easily manage all necessary resources to run the project.

Thank you for your review, we don't have a mobile app but the system is responsive, i.e. you can log in from the phone and perform any operation on the system. Our solution has a built-in CalDAV and CardDAV standard, which allows full synchronization of the calendar and contacts between the CRM system and any device/application supporting this standard, e.g. Outlook, iOS, Android, Thunderbird.

What do you like best about YetiForce CRM?

It easy to migrate from oder systems to Yetiforce. Good customer support

All necessary modules, widgets and features are already in the system for free, the developers also provide free help. The system is quite easy to manage and it’s very user friendly when properly configured. One of the factors that made us choose YetiForce is their beneficial license. The app is fast, secure, looks good and works well.

Our SLA clients are our priority and we react very quickly to reported issues, so I assume you aren't satisfied with our free support which is provided on GitHub and our community helps with the issues.
