For starters, tracking events/opens is immediate -- which is hugely beneficial. You instantly know when someone's opened an email! 95% of the time, it's incredibly reliable. It syncs easily with SFDC, they offer lots of templates, and it's constantly getting better. The email tracking is most valuable to knowing who is interactinf with emails sent. I also send the same email often, so to use pre-written email templates has saved so much time.
