You instantly know when someone's opened an email! 95% of the time, it's incredibly reliable. It syncs easily with SFDC, they offer lots of templates, and it's constantly getting better. Plus, the hugely added benefit of having the real-time event tracking panel right next to your email makes for a much more workflow. **What do you dislike about Vendasta Yesware?** Sometimes it requires you to restart the software in the event they are launching an upgrade, etc. - but by and large, I rarely experience many hiccups!
