YesPDF is a comprehensive enterprise PDF management platform designed for organizations that prioritize document security and compliance. Built as a powerful alternative to Adobe Acrobat Pro and ABBYY FineReader, YesPDF delivers advanced PDF processing capabilities including true content redaction, format conversion, merging, splitting, OCR, and batch processing — all through a secure, API-driven architecture. Unlike traditional PDF tools that only apply cosmetic redaction (leaving sensitive data recoverable underneath), YesPDF performs irreversible, forensic-grade redaction that permanently removes confidential information from documents. This makes it the trusted choice for banks, government agencies, and enterprises handling sensitive data under GDPR and other regulatory frameworks. Key Capabilities: - True content redaction with forensic-level security - PDF conversion, merging, splitting, and compression - OCR and text extraction - Batch processing for high-volume document workflows - REST API for seamless integration into existing systems - On-premise and cloud deployment options - Multi-user subscription and license management - GDPR-compliant document handling Who It's For: YesPDF serves IT departments, compliance teams, legal professionals, and document management administrators in banking, government, construction, and other regulated industries who need reliable, secure PDF processing at scale.
