**What do you like best about Yepic AI?**

Seemed a good product when I got it, and ahead of it's time. Only used it a bit initially but seamed easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Yepic AI?**

I bought an LTD, and only used it a bit to try it out when I first got it, then when I went to use it again some time later my account had been switched to a Free plan. Support basically  ignores messages and emails even though i've provided proof of purchase with the receipt they issued as well as the welcome email from founder. Saw on Fb that others have had similar issues.

**What problems is Yepic AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Unfortunately I am unable to use the product I paid for.  And their support is ineffective or deliberately witholding access.
