What do you like best about yellow.ai?

Yellow.ai has two solutions for its consumers, one on the cloud and the other as the legacy one. The cloud one is easy to set up and implements your chatbot for all communication platforms. It has built-in nodes and a drag-and-drop studio to set up your bot journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about yellow.ai?

Yellow.ai only supports Node.js language for writing the custom script; It would have been great if they had support for multi-language scripts. The UI has bugs and sometimes breaks the journey flows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is yellow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me to answer FAQs and command problems through bot journeys, and also I can have agents to answer queries where the bot doesn't have a reply. I support my customers through all mediums of social channels, i.e., Facebook messenger, Whatsapp, Web, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
