Really surprised to see the kind of possibilities enabled to build a Chatbot that would cater to most of the problem statement. Learnt about the journeys and intent and the training helped in fast track the training very much. Would really recommend for ChatBot solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Documentation is not clear.
