What do you like best about yellow.ai?

I liked the easy to user interface for building the chat bots, which I relied upon to inculcate friendly conversations for better customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about yellow.ai?

I was sort of uncomfortable with the fact that the platform only exposes its developer services for Node.Js language. It would have been quite convenient if Python could be supported as well. Also, I realized that the generic responses would not perform as expected everytime, so it would be great if this issue can be resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is yellow.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

I participated in the bot challenge hackathon by yellow messenger. The problem that my team wanted to solve was the trouble associated with the fake news, which recently has caused a lot of unrest in India leading to people getting against doctors, policemen and government. The fact that fake news seems to be quite real and the human tendency of thinking it correct and believing in myths/superstitions that usually are leveraged by the fake sources has already proved to be deadly. Hence, we tried to come up with a friendly solution using a chat bot which could assist human beings at places where such news are spread i.e. social media platform and this is quite an advantage because any suspicious news can be checked on authenticity then and there. This could bring in a lot of awareness amongst people and this is exactly what we aim for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
