"Superb Bot Builder"

What do you like best about yellow.ai?

Creating a chatbot was smooth and seamless. I especially enjoyed the process of creating journeys and utternces.

The option of having multiple languages in the bot I created was superb. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about yellow.ai?

I couldn't use the code option as it is a premium option; however, the fact that I was able to create a few journeys without code was remarkable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Real-time chatting with customers, file sharing, conversations and quick replies. Provide detailed reports of conversations, messages and agent activity.
