Ability to switch calls between phones, mobiles and computer which helps with the work from home flexibility. I also like the web-based interface that does not require technical skills.

Annual subscription on the hardware, which is not the one time cost.

**What do you like best about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

I have been supporting yeastar telephone systems since 2018 and am very satisfied, our customers are impressed by the variety of functions of the P-Series. We are very happy to use the P-Series as a cloud system. The cloud version of the P-Series makes it possible to offer the customer a powerful PBX without great effort and at the same time can be used all over the world. The P-Series is very easy to install and yeatar also offers YouTube videos. If there are any problems, the support team can be contacted by email and is also quick to offer assistance. We now use the P-Series as a replacement PBX for the Agfeo PBX. It is also very easy to set up other functions from various providers.
I can only say, just test it for 30 days and see for yourself.

So far I can't report anything negative.

**What do you like best about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

Yeastar P-Series PBX System offers its users a lot of features making it known in the market. One of the notable features of Yeastar P-Series is its flexibility and scalability offering ease of use and implementation. It was designed to scale alongside the growth of the business which allows you to expand your communication infrastructure as needed. It also offers different deployment options such as on-prem, software edition and cloud based. Yeastar P-Series also supports third party integration such as CRM, Helpdesk, etc. helping improve effieciency in the business.

Yeastar customer support is prompt in addressing and acknowledging customer inquiries and technical issues. They are knowledgeable on their field and effective in resolving technical issues. We've been using Yeastar P-Series to manage our call flow in the office and in terms of frequency of use, Yeastar has been part of my everyday life.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

None. All features are designed to help every customers in their everyday business. Making communications hassle free.

Yeastar P-Series PBX System really addresses many communications difficulties. Yeastar offers like no other solution for this.

**What do you like best about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

I really like the ability for my users to be able to use whatever mix of desk phone, desktop app or mobile app they want.  The integration between those works seamlessly.  I also really like the remote registration layer so we don't have to fiddle with firewalls and have problems with that.  We have several P-Series PBX deployed, both on prem, on our own AWS cloud and hosted with Yeastar, and they all work flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

While the Linkus app works, it's hit and miss.  Some people love it, and some people uninstall it 5 minutes after trying it.  A few of the screens in the GUI could be a little bit more capable of either using forward/back or having a button that says return to previous screen etc.  For example, when having a particular extension group pulled up and modifying it, when you save the settings it returns back to the full extension list.  Pretty minor issue there, if that's all I can come up with as a complaint, it's working pretty well!

**What problems is Yeastar P-Series PBX System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Yeastar PBX just really brought together provisioning, configuration and both the admin and end user experience.  Everything just works, which is the biggest plus.  SO many other systems we've used required constant babysitting - this is truly "set it and forget it."

**What do you like best about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

First i want to say the fast and accurate support we receive from Yeastar is phenomenal.
The P-Series is extremely feature rich and most of the features don't require any additional licensing. Most of our installations are for K12 schools and the built in PA/Bell schedules and features are a huge benefit, eliminating he need to pay for and learn another product. The Webgui for every extension is great feature, allowing staff to easlily customize their experience with out having to bother the over worked IT team. The Google API for voicemail to text has been a great feature.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

We are hoping to see the multi-site feature we enjoyed int the S-series arrive in the P-Series. 
We are anxious to see the SMS texting feature finish maturing with features like mass 1-many  and multiple 1-1 SMS accounts supported.

**What problems is Yeastar P-Series PBX System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The P-Series offers a very cost effecitve feature rich PBX solutions for our K12 clients. The voicemail to google text feature has been an excellent benefit. The PA/Intercom schedule has been an excellent feature allowing schools to eliminate a seperate PA/Intercom/Bell product.

**What do you like best about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

Let me start with an example of one of our big client i.e. "Ease My Trip" with more than 500 employees. The customer was using various PBX systems and a Call Centre Solution, but they require a unified solution across different countries, including Dubai. In Dubai, the customer wishes to integrate with the Yeastar Cloud Plan "Enterprise Plan" since SIP calls are restricted in some regions. Unfortunately, their existing PBXs and Call Centre Solution cannot facilitate this integration.

Additionally, the customer needs a PBX with specific Call Centre Solution features, which are available in the Yeastar Cloud Plan "Enterprise Plan." They are also content with offering "Remote Extensions/Users" through the "Enterprise Plan" without the necessity of a "Public IP," reducing the vulnerability to potential hacking of the IPPBX Server.

We have given them P550 (04 nos) in which Two P550 are with Enterprise Plan

Now, the customer is quite Happy to provide Remote users / Extns to Agents Mobile / Laptops for "work from Home Senario" by using Yeastar Cloud base "Enterprise Plan" because by using this Plan, customer don't need any "Public IP / Static IP" through Firewall or port forwding" to provide Remote users. The Remote users through Public IP involve high risk for hacking the IPPBX Server.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Second, the countries like Dubai / UAE, where SIP Calls are not allowed, customer can't do the calls between other offices to Dubai / UAE offices or not even traf the calls to / from these countries but by using Yeastar "Enterprise Cloud Plan", he is easily communicate to othe countries P550 from Dubai /UAE offices nd even he is able to traf the Dubai calls to his India office calls on existing Call Center Agents. The customer is using Yeastar Link-Us Soft Phone app in all places.

The customer is very happy and the support provided by Cohesive is excellent.

1. It should be Extendable uoto 1000 extensions
2. The Point to point video calling should be available in enterprise license.

**What problems is Yeastar P-Series PBX System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The countries like Dubai / UAE, where SIP Calls are not allowed, customer can't do the calls between other offices to Dubai / UAE offices or not even traf the calls to / from these countries but by using Yeastar "Enterprise Cloud Plan", the client can easily communicate to other countries P550 from Dubai /UAE offices and even he is able to traf the Dubai calls to his India office calls on existing Call Center Agents

**What do you like best about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

Simple and user friendly user interface. Many features for modern business telephony are included (presence, corporate catalog, ivr, call forwarding, parking and so on). Supports a rich set of clients including hardware phones of popular vendors. It's rather easy to deploy. Basic contact center features are also included. Supports remote clients with vendor portal. The documentation is good enough. Can be integrated to another PBX (such as MS Teams) with SIP.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

UC functionality is not so rich, especially video conferencing. Some features such as messaging with attachments are not actually on-premise and require vendor's cloud.

**What problems is Yeastar P-Series PBX System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can solve all business telephony tasks  with this product and also some basic conact center tasks also. But don't expect this product to be replacement for powerful UC products such as MS Teams or Webex.

I believe that the simplicity of configuration, easy implementation,  full maintenance, and monitoring are the strengths of the Yeastar P-Series system for a reseller. Additionally, technical support is always precise and quick to provide suggestions and solutions to various issues. The Yeastar community, with the opportunity to share experiences and suggest new features, is also very helpful.

For the customer, all the available tools, from calls to chat, to queue management, and integration with other software, are very important strengths. The ease of use, high quality, and reliability of the product make it truly compelling for everyday use in managing business communications.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

On the Yeastar P-Series, the only thing I don't like is the lack of an entry-level product for 20 extensions, at a price point lower than the P550

**What problems is Yeastar P-Series PBX System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Yeastar P-Series, we have solved the problem of availability of our help desk. Our technicians can work remotely and on the go. We no longer miss any calls. With the cloud-managed version by Yeastar, our instance is always reachable even in case of network issues in the office.

For our clients, we have been able to solve many automation issues and ensure proper management of calls between various offices and agents, in addition to significant cost savings.

**What do you like best about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

There are a lot of things or features that come to my mind when we talk about  what's the best about Yeastar PBX System. In terms of ease of use and implementation, Yeastar P-Series being a modular PBX makes it cost effective and provides convenience to the installer. The P-Series GUI is very user friendly and simple eliminating the hassle of complex configuration. In terms of customer support, there are a lot of Yeastar resources you can find online that are very useful and helpful which you can make as guide during the implementation. A user can simply visit yeastar website to download the manual  or they can go to youtube to watch how to configure a certain feature  and see how it works. In times of experiencing an issue which cannot be addressed by simple troubleshooting, Yeastar has this partner portal in which you can chat their technical support that will promptly help you with your problems. 

Yeastar P-Series PBX System is what we are using here in the office so in terms of frequency of use, everyday we get to experience the convenience of communications that Yeastar P-Series provides. Whether I'm in the office or outside, I can still easily communicate with my colleagues with the help of Linkus Unified Communications Clients. Linkus UC Clients is one of the best features of Yeastar P-Series that I really enjoyed. Aside from that, I also enjoyed the RAS and Remote SIP Service especially when conducting Yeastar product training since our company is an authorized Yeastar training partner. During trainings, I get to demonstrate with our partners the RAS feature, how to integrate other IP terminals to P-Series, or how to multisite interconnect using the FQDN. With the help of FQDN, it's very easy to interconnect your PBX system to another site and register remote IP devices. Moreover, Yeastar provides a simplified way and quick integration to CRM, helpdesk, etc. which is pretty convenient and efficient.

Yeastar P-Series being an exemplary PBX system is really a game changer.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

Honestly, there's no particular feature that I dislike about Yeastar P-Series PBX System. But I'm really hoping that more features to be available soon such as call disposition/call tagging of the call center feature.

Yeastar P-Series PBX System really addresses the difficulty in the communication (communication with my colleagues in the office) especially when I'm away.

What I like about Yeastar is its feature-rich but it is very easy to use. The user-interface and admin management is easy to use. The deployment of the system is easy. Since the system is open sip, you can integrate other brands that are available in the market. The support is very accomodating and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

What I dislike about is we encounter some audio disconnection or like intermittent connection. Sometimes the call will just drop after how many minutes/seconds.

**What do you like best about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

The administrative platform offers a very intuitive UI. Lots of inlcuded features, like CRM integration, API, Microsoft 365 integration make it very attractive as a choice. Yeastar's Remote Access Service is also a valuable feature as well. Implementation is straight forward and relatively easy. Yeastar also offers well documented knowledge base and customer support. The included WAN interface is a joy.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

Sadly Yeastar does not offer its own IP terminals to complement it's systems, but that's hardly a problem. Video Conferencing is limited to few simultaneous users (I think six), CDR reports are missing trunk info and are not as ellaborate as they could be. Phonebook integration, at least with Hubspot that I have tried, is not actual interactive integration, but rather an automated import, so that when a Contact is deleted from Hubspot it is not removed from the system as well.

In regards to mobility, easy integration with well-known CRMs and Microsoft 365, and ease of use in general Yeastar's solution is fair and robust.

The Yeastar P-Series PBX truly meets all of our business needs at a truly affordable price.
The Yeastar team are also always adding new features, which are always well documented and easy to implement, further increasing our ROI.
The one area where they truly excel is their customer service, who are always available, listen to suggestions, and personally get involved to resolve any customisations you might run into.
We use this product personally within our offices and across all our clients as well.

Its very difficult to dislike a product when it meets all of your company's needs and their support team are always available, I honestly cant think of anything.

**What problems is Yeastar P-Series PBX System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yeastar has resolved the historical need to have a physical PBX onsite at every office and to invest in expensive physical equipment to have a basic functional phone system, by moving the PBX to the cloud, and having existing equipment like your laptop or mobile become the new PBX hanset.
They have also allowed companies to improve their productivity, by freeing the call agent to be accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection, and no longer bound to just their office desk.

With all need UCC features- up to more than 100 features - no open wishes
Very fast and professional customer support.
The intregration of add. Voip device as door bells fe. is very comfortable
The system itselfs is running very stable and updates are coming continuously

**What do you like best about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

The capabilities of the system. As an example, we specified one for a customer 2 years ago. They were moving but needed to retain the retail shop at the current location for several months. This would have been impossible with their existing Panasonic. 

Fortunately, the P550 was in short supply so we went with a Software Edition. They started at 25 users on 2 sites, then a single site when the retail store moved. 2 years down the track they have over 60 users with 3 main offices and a number of remote users. Earlier in the year they implemented multiple queues and all this was possible without extra licensing, hardware, etc. Just program it up, add the recordings and they are good to go.

All the new features added with successive software updates are very valuable.

There really isn't anything to dislike about it.

The system is very easy to manage. The ease of self-hosting is the biggest benefit of the business, besides conveying greater reliability in the product to the customer. The technical support is quick and always efficient.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

Previously, a disadvantage of the solution was the minimum expansion of 100 users, but this no longer exists. With the possibility of adding 10, 20, or 50 users, it has become easier to close new projects.

**What problems is Yeastar P-Series PBX System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the Yeastar P-Series PBX system, we can currently serve our small clients from 5 to 10 users up to clients with over 100 users.

This is a iPBX easy to manage, setup. It's a reliable iPBX solution it can be used every day as it allows many features such as ring groups or conferences and has a big plus to allow the use a of Callcenter feature. It also support video calls in no time with very easy steps. It also integrates with many CRM, such ZoHo. Customer support is always present to help.

It lacks availability with the Concurrent Calls. It counts both internal ad external calls as concurrent calls.

**What do you like best about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

I have been using Yeastar P-Series since the start and it has been an complete game changer. 
It is easy to use and understand and the Yeastar team go out of their way to satisfy both users and partners alike.
I love how fast and responsive the system is.
Their customer support is award winning.
It is easy to implement and the feature set is ever growing.
We are constantly upgrading our existing customer base from legacy systems and the S-Series PBX to the P-Series PBX.
I log into our P-Series  systems daily to minotor our clients usage.
My favourite new feature is the integration into Azure AD.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar P-Series PBX System?**

No downsides so far.
Just hope their Call Centre auto dialing feature drops in the next few months.

There is a delay in technical support responses due to time zone difference.

We have limited physical space and our equipment room is really small. With Yeastar we implemented the P-Series in the cloud and deactivated one of our on-premise PBX. Voice links were migrated to SIP Trunk, removing devices from the telephone operator. As a result, we do not have any voice devices on site. Now our rack is smaller!

The downside is when the customer has more than 500 extensions and only wants a hardware-based PBX, which is where they cannot compete with the other  brand, Even though the brand's direction is to move towards cloud and software-based PBX, clients may only have budgets for hardware-based solutions.

What I like most is the huge library of APIs for seamless or simple intergration with other CRMs around.Whether it's a custome system built from scratch or the many readily available CRMs e.g Zoho ,the APIs make things simple.

The Yeastar P Series PBX System is both costly. It unable to fulfills the needs of my company and their support team is never resolving the customers problem. The system never provides a solution and its deployment is difficult. The licensing model is an ugly product.

It lacks in problem solving capabilities and communication. With its user interface and features we face issues such, as missed calls or dropped connections. The integration and exceptional call quality that Yeastar provides is very poor. The absence of an app creates inconvenience and limits mobility for users.

As for dislikes regarding the Yeastar P Series PBX System there are an area where it falls short. Its call routing capabilities arent as advanced as we prefer which limits its flexibility in handling complex call flows. The reporting features are not comprehensive enough for us to properly analyze agent performance. Integration with platforms is limited; thus, hindering communication across different systems.

Very few things. probably the escalation cost, it is a linear correlation extension, channels vs cost. It cannot purchase more channels without increasing the extensions/users.

The Yeastar P Series PBX System has been an obstructive, for us in terms of cost. It does not meet all the needs of our company and their support team is not always available when we need them. The system itself is incomprehensive and difficult to deploy.

Integrating it with CRMs and Microsoft 365 isnt as simple as wed like which causes inconvenience. Moving the PBX to the cloud eliminates the need for equipment there are concerns about data security and reliability that arise from this shift.

Yeastar has been found to be an amazing VOIP PBX with afforable rates, extensive features as well as simple to use.
The implementation was quite simple as well as integrating Microsoft 365. I did have a query previously which was resolved within 30 minutes due to the amazing support team.
