**What do you like best about Yeastar Linkus UC Clients?**

What I like most about Linkus is its integration with the Yeastar cloud PBX ecosystem, because it allows me to have all telephony and corporate communication centralized on the same platform, in a practical and coherent way. Additionally, its ease of use allows both technical and non-technical users to adapt quickly, without unnecessary complications.

I also greatly value the information it provides about the status of call queues, as it gives real-time visibility into what is happening and helps manage attention better. This makes it a very useful tool for day-to-day operations, especially when it's necessary to control the workload and respond quickly to customers.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar Linkus UC Clients?**

Perhaps the user interface design can be improved, but it is not a problem.

**What problems is Yeastar Linkus UC Clients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our office, we no longer use hardware telephone terminals because we have found that the softphone offers the same communication quality with much more efficient management. It allows us to work more flexibly, reduce dependencies on physical devices, and better centralize calls and customer service, providing a more agile experience for the entire team.

**What do you like best about Yeastar Linkus UC Clients?**

It allows me to get calls from my office number in any device such as smartphone or PC , and all of this integrated with my Teams desktop aplication .

**What do you dislike about Yeastar Linkus UC Clients?**

It is anoying when you are in a call using other app and receive a call from Linkus  , it should send a busy tone in these cases

**What problems is Yeastar Linkus UC Clients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to be available with my office number in any place and taking advantage of all the advanced features of my pbx, such as voice mail,call transfer , call pickup etc. Besides it is integrated with Team desktop app so I can have access to all my communication tools in  only one application

We are lock of devices of ip phone, so we use our devices like laptop and mobile to use Yeastar Linkus

**What do you like best about Yeastar Linkus UC Clients?**

Easy to use,  compatible with many commn apps.
The best is the multiple accounts you can from the mobile if you have multiple systems or PBXs working on.

**What do you dislike about Yeastar Linkus UC Clients?**

Sometimes I face an issue with the voice related to the difference between the PBX firmware version and linkus version which means both of them should be up to date, so I recommend to show some notification in linkus asking to update either linkus or to PBX for better user experience

**What problems is Yeastar Linkus UC Clients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used for the contact center on many sectors
