Yazi is an AI market research platform that runs surveys, AI-moderated interviews and diary studies over WhatsApp. Researchers design and launch studies on the web platform, and participants reply in the chat app they already use every day, by text, voice note, photo or video. An AI moderator follows the discussion guide, probes for detail and translates across languages, so qualitative depth can run at quantitative scale. Results stream into live dashboards with cross-tabs, automatic coding of open-ended answers, theme extraction and sentiment, and can be exported to CSV, Excel or PDF. Yazi is used by brands, research agencies and development organisations to reach consumers that web panels and traditional fieldwork miss, particularly across Africa and other markets where WhatsApp is the main way people communicate. Teams can run studies self-serve or with full-service support from Yazi's research team.
