What do you like best about Yarooms?

Once rooms are loaded, bookings are intuitive to make and check. Plenty of descriptions for room resources and photos too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an admin, I wish people could be assigned to more than one user group to manage access permissions. Sometimes timezone differences mean support is not available when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yarooms?

Easy, agile and practical tool to book a room. The most interesting thing is that you know in real time what is available and for how long the room will be free. And if no one uses it, you can extend the time. The calendars are simply straightforward and have not caused staff confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yarooms?

I feel that the booking platform can still be improved. They can make it easier to find, without using the scroll so much. But we had no problems or errors in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yarooms solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can find a room depending on how many people are attending my meeting from the start. Before YAROOMS, I had to go and check personally what room could hold how many people. Also, when YAROOMS tells me a room is free, I can trust it completely. I'm no longer kicked out of a room because someone else booked it and forgot to mention it or find other people in the meeting room I was supposed to be using. And there's no arguments anymore. What do you like best about Yarooms?

Yarooms has an elegant design to it. It is very easy for our Faculty/Staff to schedule rooms and Technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Flexibility in allocating resources throughout multiple rooms. We're not yet an "enterprise" but have 3 meeting rooms in our coworking space that use YArooms and it's just what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish we could switch to landscape on the phone. I also would like to be able to remove a meeting, in the case of a cancellation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Yarooms:
