Yardi isn't very intuitive and I think it could benefit from a more user friendly interface. You have to do a bit of legwork to configure its functions which consistently ends in me contacting customer support for help. I also think that it does not do a good job continuing to grow and match the new features offered by other property management software such as the inability to compare invoices while coding. The best part of Yardi is just how comprehensive it is as a software platform. It creates a setting in which a company can run, manage, and track their entire business.
