The technical support was some of the worst I've ever experienced in my 20+ years of working in the IT field. Trouble tickets would take weeks and sometimes months to get answered, and even when they were the resolutions were rarely satisfactory. The interface itself is at this point nothing more than a whole bunch of cobbled together parts of various different companies products that don't integrate well or smoothly causing numerous headaches.
