What do you like best about Yardi Voyager?

It is very user-friendly and I love that it communicates and can be integrated smoothly with other platforms like Updater and CRM. I especially love the "Favorite Key" and search bar feature as well as that is offers anytime, anywhere access to the platform, improving collaboration among team members in different locations. It simplifies workflows by centralizing data and generates detailed and customizable financial and operational reports. We have a company based customer support team so I have not had to contact Yardi's customer support yet. We use Yardi Voyager on a daily basis for all of our property management needs. What do you dislike about Yardi Voyager?

What do you like best about Yardi Voyager?

Yardi Voyager is an all in one solution for Property Managemnt. Yardi Voyager provides different modules as per industry i.e. Different feature for commercial properties and different features for residential properties. It also provides unique features for student housing. It provides features for management of residents accounts like lease renewals, collection of rents, Bank reconciliations.

Yardi Voyager can be customized as per the requirement of user like the residential Yardi provides the option to calculate Management fees. Yardi calculates the management fees with in few seconds and with minimum human interaction.

Yardi Voyager is used daily for property manangement companies. It can be easily integrated with other softwares like Oracle, SAP. The big organisations are implementing it easily for managing large number of properties. It can be easily implemented.

Yardi Voyager provides customer support through webinars, tutorials, FAQs etc. A new user can take help of tester yardi also to get to know about the features of Yardi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yardi Voyager?

Yardi Voyager becomes slow when large number of users are using at a same time. Sometimes the same entry got posted twice due to time issues. The Yardi Voyager do not provides customization option for Reprorts. If reports can be customised as per user, the user can save its time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yardi Voyager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Yardi Voyager is solving the problem of managing large number of residents. The accounts of Residents can be tracked properly and there classification or transfer to another General Ledger can be traced with ease. The major problem is calculation of Management Fee as per specific client, Yardi is helpful to set different criterias and also calculates management fee accurately.

The financial statements prepared through Yardi are reliable and need little or no changes for further use. It has proved as a best solution for property management in real estate sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
