There really is not much to like as a tenant. It's difficult to use, relies on the property manager to enter information (in my case, lease was redone in the system 3 times due to errors). Just not a system that is tenant friendly. Was designed largely for small apartment complexes with limited staff. But because there are so many bugs in the system, it leads to even more work. Definitely not worth it! Their help desk is a joke. You can open a case, but they will not follow-up on it. Once a tenant in an area looks at one apartment, his/her information is shared with other apartments that use the Rent Cafe system - that is both wrong and illegal.
