What do you like best about Yardi Breeze?

I appreciate Yardi Breeze for its ease of use, which greatly enhances my experience by making tasks straightforward and uncomplicated. The ability to track rents easily is immensely beneficial for my property accounting responsibilities. What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze?

If I am in the ledger looking at a certain payable, and I hit the back button to go back to the ledger. it takes me back to the top of the invoices (or ledger). I would like it to go back to the exact spot in the ledger I was at so I don't have to go digging for that specific date and invoice again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yardi Breeze?

Rather difficult to initially set up and use, rentcafe has issues with accepting tenant payments more often than we would like. The new passwordless login should go longer than 7 days- it is very inconvenient to have to verify weekly when using Yardi daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is usually chat only and sometimes the chat people are not available. Email support is almost non-existant. I find that if you don't get a chat person you generally don't get support at all. There should be a phone number you can also call to get someone in addition to chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
