Live sales and scanning with a USB on laptop at same time. Tech support is always available. Attractive pricing and statistics. **What do you dislike about Yapsody Ticketing?** Lack of personalization/intelligence on ticket type scanning. No upsell feature for merchandise/secondary/optional items. Offline use has not worked well in past on Android but has improved. Options to offer staff/FoC tickets and keep them hidden for the same performance not available. Statistics and reporting could be made easier and more visual. At first platform is confusing and takes time to work out through trial and error etc. **Recommendations to others considering Yapsody Ticketing:** Make a trial event first and play around. Check the scanning devices and that the reporting has the desired functionality. **What problems is Yapsody Ticketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** For our event it is sales early and up front. Money that we wouldn't otherwise get with or without us covering the fee. Customers buy early and can't attend, we still keep the income. ### 2. It doesn't require a lot of set-up, and the interface and process are very simple and streamlined. For a small performance group like mine, it is great to have an option that is not overwhelming or isn't overkill with features I don't need. **What do you dislike about Yapsody Ticketing?** Of course the newly added service charge... I think it is a bit of an adjustment for those (like myself) who were previously using the free service. Also some limitations in design - would love to have more control over that. There are some restrictions with comps that I also wish were easier to nagivate. **What problems is Yapsody Ticketing solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to take care of ticketing in an easy way. Easy, quick printout of box office list.
