Yapper is a customer chat autopilot for service businesses: salons, vet clinics, restaurants, repair shops, coaches, tutors and gyms. It reads every incoming message on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website chat, replies in your voice, and quietly hands the conversation to your team the moment something needs a real person. It learns your services, prices and policies from your website, your documents and your answers, and remembers every customer: past bookings, preferences and notes. Correct a reply once and Yapper rewrites its own playbook. A real-time inbox on desktop and phone lets you pause the AI, jump in and hand it back. Every number, Instagram account, Facebook Page and website sits in one inbox, each with its own voice, hours and rules. Yapper is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. One plan at $399 a month covers unlimited teammates, senders and customers, and you can text your assistant from your phone before you pay.
