I have used Yapp for several conferences. It is very easy to set-up and also very easy for attendees to use. It has saved us from having to print as many conference programs. I think the worst thing, and this is nitpicking, is just how to manage the content on the web. When you are editing the app via a web browser on your computer you are editing in the proper app size - so sometimes it's hard to read content that you are putting in. Easy to administer and easy for users to access the important information for our conference. We started using Yapp a few years back and now feel it's indispensable for the conference. If errors are found in printed material, they can be corrected and uploaded to Yapp in no time.
