Using Yapp, it's very easy for someone with little technical knowledge to create a robust conference/event app that will deliver the content that attendees need directly to them. We run events with a large number of breakout sessions and it would be amazing to quickly search up the session you need and view a list of matching sessions. I was super impressed with the quick response time of the knowledgeable and helpful support team, who responded to any questions I had within just a couple of minutes. The app was streamlined and easy to use, and we got a lot of positive feedback from our attendees. The documents we added to the app loaded really well and showed up perfectly. I loved how we were able to add so much detail to the speaker bios, workshop summaries, and overall schedule. I also liked how quick and easy it was to make edits and publish them instantly--because a conference wouldn't be a conference without last-minute changes and pivots :) The app really helped our conference run smoothly. 10/10, would use again! Our conference had dozens of presenters and three days of workshops (4 or 5 workshops going on at the same time in different locations), plenary sessions and other events. The multi-track schedule is the best part of the app by far. Importing a csv couldn't be much easier. Our conference also engaged with the social wall quite often. Individualized schedules also was a massively utilized feature that worked without question. Also, whenever we did find a bug or issue, the Yapp team was promptly responsive and worked through the issue. Considering most conference apps are now running almost 10 times as much, while this does clearly have a look/style that you have to live with, it works reliably and well for a very reasonable budget. The lack of GIF support was a challenge (though it exists I think in advertising banners if you pay for that add-on). In all honestly, Yapp makes it so we could have had it up and running in a week. It did exactly what we needed it to and there were really no issues with it during the events.
