What do you like best?

Since using Yapi, we have saved time completing patient paperwork online and streamlining the process in the office. Patients are loving the text and email appointment reminders and we are loving less patient no shows! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Occasionally some information does not transfer and the system does not always work exactly like is suppose to. There is a learning curve but once past that it is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best?

We can communicate with staff when they are with patients, instead of having to interrupt cleanings, exams, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
