Yapee is a WhatsApp automation platform built for UK businesses to capture, manage, and respond to customer conversations at scale. It connects directly to the WhatsApp Business API with zero markup on Meta's messaging fees, and includes an AI-powered chatbot to handle common customer queries automatically. A Smart SMS fallback ensures messages still reach customers even when WhatsApp delivery fails, while a shared team inbox lets multiple agents manage conversations from one place. Yapee includes UK-based 1:1 setup support to get businesses live quickly, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required to get started.
