Yap-It is a web-based voice capture application that utilizes AI ( to convert spoken audio directly into structured text formats. Unlike traditional transcription services that provide raw, unedited text, Yap-It allows users to select a desired output format before recording- such as a social media post, a professional email, or a bulleted note. The AI then processes the transcript to remove filler words and formats the content according to the selected template. Features include a mobile-first PWA interface, cross-platform usage, and a searchable history archive of all past recordings safely stored in the cloud.
