We can comment, give reactions to posts just like any social media. **What do you dislike about Viva Engage?** Earlier the UI/UX felt a bit outdated but now they have refreshed the UI after which things have improved. Only thing is it takes more time to load and feels heavy rather than being lightweight app. **What problems is Viva Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier our company had created its own internal social platform for engaement but it was tough to maintain and keep it updated. Yammer offered by microsoft is just like a SaaS offering which is ready to use and is good as well. ### 2. Everyone can feel engaged and participate in a safe forum. **What do you dislike about Viva Engage?** It's social media for the workplace, and I'm just not that interested in it. I don't participate in Facebook, Instagram, or any other platform in my personal life, and I usually think an email or Teams message is sufficient for me to know what I need to do my job. **Recommendations to others considering Viva Engage:** Again, Yammer is very similar to Facebook. If you are a social media user, you'll do just fine. We considered using a moderator once the application started getting used to ensure no one posted anything political or defamatory but determined that our workforce was good at monitoring themselves. **What problems is Viva Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We rolled Yammer out during the beginning of the pandemic. It was an added benefit to implementing Microsoft 365 for our organization, and we didn't think we'd use it. However, our communications team saw that it could provide value by giving our remote workforce a place to connect. I think it did an excellent job for those that needed that connection. Rare times there is an issue in uploading and downloading the attachment and also adding the members to the created group. This would be really helpful for new employees at a company to decide what they want to join. I don't know many other people personally who use Yammer. I work at a big company though, so that could be the reason why I don't see users I know. I also am only a member of around 3 different communities on the platform. **Recommendations to others considering Viva Engage:** It can be so great for discovering more about your organization.
