The platform handles bilingual English/Spanish phone calls and SMS, so a monolingual team can serve Spanish-speaking clients without hiring dedicated bilingual staff. Clients send documents over WhatsApp, SMS, or email; XyloDocs reads them, files them to the right client and tax year, and keeps a running list of what's still missing. Status updates go out automatically as a return moves, before the client thinks to call. XyloDocs was built fox Alianza Tax, a 1,000+ client bilingual practice, and is running there in production today. The communication platform is a complete product on its own, from $49/month with unlimited free client accounts. XyloDocs is also an IRS Authorized e-file Provider; optional tax software with direct 1040 and Colorado e-filing is launching for the 2027 season. Exports to Drake, Lacerte, and ProConnect; syncs billing with QuickBooks and Stripe.
