"Robust Integrations Enhance Monitoring"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Xurrent IMR?

I feel the timeline and service-wise classification is beneficial, and what I like most are the many integrations. The integrations with AWS, CloudWatch, Prometheus, OpenSearch, AWS, and Victoria Metrics are good and helpful, making it very beneficial. It's easy to use and user-friendly, and the migration from our older service to this newer service was straightforward, making Xurrent IMR an easier one to use. What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?

I'd like if there was day-wise alerting, it would help us track more easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Xurrent IMR to be super easy to use with very good functionality. It seamlessly integrates with agents like New Relic, providing very good insights and fast mitigation. The setup was quite easy and friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xurrent IMR?

What I feel that it can be improved is, like, its structure. Like, if there are similar incidents, it does not show the timestamps of when they occurred. And the frequency of similar occurrences or incidents. It's missing these kinds of reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
