Biggest frustration is the amount of time it takes to review the Audience before activating the campaign. Sometimes I'm waiting 40-60 mins for an Audience of 3000 customers which is just not good enough. Analytics section not particularly helpful as stats don't align with Business KPIs. Accuracy of the data in the Analytics section also sightly questionable. Don't have the ability to copy Content Templates (such as Emails) to another Project area (for example from UAT /Test Environment to Prod). Frustrating as you can do this at Campaign level. Automation is super easy and right inside the campaign you're creating. A lot of other services have a very messy automation process which require a lot of different steps, and automation is done in a different hub. With Xtremepush I can automate every campaign right when I'm creating it. I can also schedule it to start at a future date - which is something that not every service allows you to do.
